My order included 100 duplicate keys. All were done and I received my order sooner than expected

Ordered two locks to match a key number for several other locks of the same type/use. Even though it took 4 to 5 weeks, Taylor security informed me of the delay from the factory and promptly sent my order when ready. Very satisfied!

We have been waiting to install our new front door for the arrival of our Entry lock set. When it arrived, we were shocked to see how mangled it was (the INNER box, not the outer box). The handle was bent nearly to a 45 degree angle. Took a day or so to get a shipping ticket to mail it back and waiting for reimbursement. Back to the drawing board finding a new handle - and weeks until our installation can be complete. I did not trust this company to send another.

Awesome experience . The phone call to let me know some of the parts might take a little longer was not expected. I work with clients daily and they and I both love communication.

I have ordered from Taylor twice now. Both times I ordered Abus granite locks. I love them. I have also purchase 6ft Abus hardened chains. I have been abled to get all of my locks keyed the same. It is great having 8 locks all the same. Taylor has always shipped quickly and always let you know if there is any delay in shipping of any kind.

I was not kept informed about a delay in receiving the locks. When I ordered, I was told that the locks were on back order 4-6 weeks. After more than 6 weeks I called and was told that the locks were delayed another 4 weeks. After an additional 6 weeks I called again and was informed that the locks had just come in and would be shipped that day. From the time I ordered the locks until I received the locks I received numerous emails about sales and other items but not a single email explaining that the locks were delayed. I would have appreciated emails letting me know that the locks were delayed without having to call in order to get the information.
