Once I ordered the door handle there was no communication. I had no idea when to expect delivery and had to contact the company (by chat since I couldn't track down a number). Next time I will check Ebay for a local company.

After the order was placed I got an email from them saying the locks were back ordered and would not get them for 3 to4 weeks. They did not come for 6 weeks. I didn't know this until I called them after the 4 weeks were passed. Other than that they did a good job.

2 items arrived quickly, and in good shape. Just need the one item that was back ordered.

Ordered 3 entrance locks and 6 or so passage locks. 2 of the entrance locks were missing screws and a latch plate. I sent in an Return authorization and they responded quickly that they would send me new replacement lock which they promptly did! Great experience!
