United States | 27 May 2022The only reason I left 2 stars (and not 1) was the price was better than most places. Ordered a BEST lock (no core). On the item's page, it says lock needs 3-4 days before it can ship. After purchase, I was later informed by email from a sales rep that the lock is actually ordered from BEST themselves and will take 3-4 weeks before to ship.

I called after about 3 weeks to enquire and they said that Kwikset fills each order individually, hence the extra time. Maybe Taylor’s website details this and I missed it. Anyway, I received my order about 2 weeks later. Well packed and in perfect condition. And since I was replacing the exact lockset, it installed easily. Very satisfied.

United States | 25 May 2022Needed a disk lock for my storage unit, decided on this model. Price shopped online and this was equal to Amazon, and cheaper than Home Depot and similar places. I think everything Amazon sells are knock offs so I don't buy from them. This arrived in 2 or 3 days. Really nice lock. I would definitely use this company to buy other products. User friendly website.
