Order took longer than I expected.

We accidentally ordered a RH entry when we should have ordered a LH entry. By the time we discovered this it was too late we had already installed. According to your return policy you won’t except any returns if it has been installed. We contacted your company to see if you could just switch out the spindle and the doorhandle or if we could order the part separate and was told no. We had several exchanges with Jose F. and found him to be not helpful. Also, apparently there was a 30% restocking fee because it was special order for items that take 8 to 10 days-that was not the case in the situation we received the electronic entry and handle within two day and you also have to mail it back at our own expense. So buyers beware. That would’ve been $150 to return this item which we couldn’t because we had already installed it. So now we’re stuck with a $487 door set and had to go purchase a handle separately from Home Depot at a cost of $106. Read the fine print.

The blanks arrived quickly and were exactly what I ordered. Taylor Security & Lock was the only place I could find that would sell them in quantities under 50. They were also excellent quality.

I hadn't heard anything for over a week and called customer service they transfer me to somebody who could tell me whether or not my item is in stock or not. He told me it was on a back order and was going to take about 4 weeks or so before I got my order but later that day I got an email saying my order had been shipped out. I'm not sure if it was him or not but awesome customer service.
