Very happy with my purchase. I needed a replacement latch for my front door and the product was reasonably priced and shipped to me in a timely fashion. The replacement part was high quality. My door is now fixed...better than ever!

Order was delayed by months and no notice or explanation was sent.

Customer service called me to ask if it was possible to have the dozen pad locks, I had ordered keyed alike have a different key number then what I had ordered. The number I had ordered was out of stock and would take six weeks or more to have manufactured. I didn't have a problem having to carry two different keys (not a big deal)! I'm very happy they called instead of sending an email. In less than a week I had my locks! Great service!

I was looking for a way to have another Master Lock with seven other already existing locks all keyed alike on a condominium property that I work for. I found this Master Lock that doesn't have the cylinder in all the way and has pins that will shear off to fit the shape of the existing key. When you purchase the special tool to drive the cylinder (with the key in it) into the lock, it shears the pins and wah-lah!!! The new lock now works with the old key. It's pretty amazing and unique, I think. The delivery was extremely fast. It actually arrived a couple days early. The website was clear and precise as well as informative. Thanks for the great service you provide.

Got what I ordered.

I wasn’t going to post a review because I typically do not wish to publicly trash a product that I ordered. However, after the second reminder to review my purchase, I decided to do as you’ve requested. I ordered three unkeyed Master Locks to be keyed for use on one of my trailers. Your product was recommended by a friend who had purchased them before and had no difficulty with them. To make a very long story short, I watched the YouTube video on how to key them. I inserted the key several times as instructed on the video. I used the tool as was demonstrated in the video (using a metal vice and ball peen hammer). All three locks failed to seat the key properly. One of the locks “kind of” worked … but it was extremely difficult to put the key in and out of the lock and it worked “roughly” (almost breaking the key before opening). The remaining two locks never worked at all. The key became stuck in the locks (nearly breaking before I was finally able to pull it out with pliers … but the key never unlocked the remaining two locks. I finally tossed them aside and went to the hardware store and purchased three locks all keyed the same. While I would have preferred to have them keyed the same as locks on my other trailer, it wasn’t worth the effort to try a second time. I’m not saying your product is no good … but if a PhD with a minor in engineering can’t get them to work, they may be a bit challenging for the average user … or, maybe not. 🤷🏻 (You do not have to post this review if you choose not to … but you did ask for it twice.).
