The annual renewal was a breeze! I received notification by email and post and the explanations were clear and easy to understand! Fortunately I have had no need to claim so I can't comment on claim experiences and prefer it to stay that way!! Thanks

For the second year I have taken out the annual trip policy as I believe it represents best value for my current travel needs. The documentation is straight forward and comprehensive and there is an easy to follow description document highlighting the cover features. On requesting confirmation information through the office I received the neccessary confirmation and advise in a prompt and well informed manner which gives added confidence

Yes I would recommend this company as it gives travel insurance to us over 70’s and it covers all the details without a fuss. The site is easy to use and I had no problems getting my quote. We normally book a years family worldwide travel insurance with Globelink, but my wife no longer wants to do long haul holidays anymore so this is the first year I have booked a single trip insurance.

I haven't left on my trip yet and so this review is only related to the clarity of the information on the website and the response from the call centre, both of which I thought were very good. However the moment of truth with all insurance policies is when you have a claim.

Just renewed with Globelink for the third year. Luckily not had to claim for anything yet. Staff helpful on phone when I renewed - upgraded to worldwide for not much extra.

Good website and reasonable prices. Noted however after watching a tv programme on the subject the very low amount offered for repatriation. If this was increased to a realistic level it would be much better.
