It was stitches for a cut, but it required a bit of work including internal stitches, making sure it was clean, antibiotics, tetanus etc .. globelink approved the proceedings in real time when I was at the clinic in Thailand

Although she then improved and gave me clear information she sent the documents to the wrong e mail address and she got my post code wrong. So not impressed. I have used Globelink before and am happy with the actual policy.

I have given 4 stars as luckily have never had to claim so I can only judge on the service of obtaining the Policy. This time I used the online "Get a quote and buy", this was easy to follow and clearly shows what you are covered for. Would recommend and would use again.

Spain | 29 November 2017Booking the Insurance is very easy and convenient However the claims process is slow and poor. First they say you must have a UK bank account even though we booked in Spain, not mentioned when booking Second they list all the reasons why they cannot pay, such as double insurance, credit cards, etc., again not mentioned when booking Claim process very slow. We were in Iceland on 01/11 and our daughter was sick. So far claim not settled!! We claimed Iceland Krone 13800, about Pounds 100 but Rightpath seem to think this is Euro 800, not certain how they arrived at their numbers!! Still being discussed. If claiming was as easy as booking your service would be great!!

The original company were unable to extend as not in this country but Globelink stepped in with great advice and no fuss and arranged cover, Thank You, Glad to say they are home safe now.
