The installation went very well, after we figured out the settings on my Panasonic machine and Community's equipment,it was a breeze.

I like the fact that the price never changes and if I need help some always responds in a timely manner.

Still great for handset-landline... check last feedback for details. Now for a mobile.. almost ready to call.

I love community phone service I’ll start by saying great customer service easy to install and this is for my 80 yrs old Mother, She is so very happy with her phone service, no one calling from scam and easy easy to install love it thanku to the staff at Community phone service.

I received several communications by way of email and phone calls to keep me apprised of the status of my mom’s set up. We had some glitches along the way with transferring Mom’s number to Community Phone, but I was guided step by step.

I love that it stays on during power outages and that I didn't have to buy a new phone. It works with my old phones that are at least 20 years old. Setting it up was simple. Now I can find my cell phone when I need it; I just pick up the house phone and call the cell. I live in Quincy, MA and we are always loosing power.

The entire experience was wonderful, the only thing that really isn't an issue is the time you must wait for a dial tone. No big deal, just that's it and that doesn't bother me or my family.

Community Phone is a God send for those of us who have loved ones in a memory care facility. It doesn't need a hardwired complex system in house, and you don't have to navigate endless bureaucrats to set it up. It is easy to set up and it is very reliable as it operates through widely available cell systems. I took it out of the box and had it set up and operating within maybe 45 mins. AND the price is very reasonable, and beats all the other phone services.
