Still waiting on my blinds order over a week after the expected delivery date. The company sent the items to a different address from the one I provided and seem unable to resolve. Customer service is very polite to their credit but a very painful process. If in a hurry choose supplier carefully!

Easy to order using the codes on the window to be fitted with the blind. Prompt delivery, well packaged. The fitting instructions were pictorial and one of the diagrams didn't make sense. Not particularly easy to fit the blind into the frame one-handedly (especially the right hand top (if right handed and vice versa), but without the diagram it wasn't obvious that the blind had to be folded down out of the way of the holder itself to reveal the screw holes. Side rails were easy after that. The blind works very well.
