Really impressed with them. I wasn’t sure about what I needed so phoned up and the guy was really helpful. A couple of the boys I didn’t need in the end and they were, again, really helpful. Arrived faster than they said; great product; great service. Not often motivated to leave such a glowing review but they definitely deserve it.

The dormer blind arrived on time and we are pleased with the result as it fits perfectly, smooth running and is easy to close and open. A minor problem was the instructions were not that easy to follow and the ability to view an instruction video would be helpful rather than a 30 second video we found on the internet.

Delivery date was as stated. Ordering online was easy and straightforward. Contacted customer services to check on part of the order that was sent separately. The customer services agent was brilliant- happy, professional and knowledgeable. As promised, she came back to me with the info I needed. In addition, she subsequently sent me a link to a video to help me fit my new blinds - brilliant!... service above and beyond!!
