Absolutely shocking, zero customer service, no data protection, 6 weeks to send a refund, about at all costs.

Contrat souscrit pour 3 mois à l’origine, puis mon voyage s’allonge, je demande donc à l’étendre d’un mois de plus, puis mon dossier est refusé car j’ai eu une angine entre temps… Je me retrouve donc à l’étranger sans couverture.

The Service Team has been excellent to deal with, quick to respond and happy to answer very simple questions (sometimes repeatedly). My only grumble with April is I would like to see a more connected tech system for submitting invoices etc.
