PIRE assurance !!! J'ai payé, ils m'ont coupé mon assurance sans raison et personne ne répond. Ils m'ont doublé le montant de mon assurance sans raison en fin d'année. Ils demandent des documents pour rembourser en plus de ce qui est normalement demandé pour éviter de payer

It take too long time for process claim or send alert once the document missing or need more document from customer not really fast contact direct to customer i would recommend to be faster as the benefit it good from your insurance

The insurance policy is very all-rounded, fully supportive and user friendly. Easy to plan. No unreasonable rejected claims so far. My hack is to always seek for advance approval before any expensive treatments. I love this insurance company. Will stick to it of course.

The fact that Jasmine is my POC is the only reason I am giving the 5 stars. Operationally, it is not the smoothest, with many questions and clarifications on the SOP. I've even given feedback that emails from April are legalistic more than out of concern. However, Jasmine is amazing. She makes you you feel you are valued and matter. She goes out of her way to ensure all your concerns and questions are met and answered, even proactively closing the loop. April is very lucky it has April, and should recognize and reward her.

THE BEST private health insurance company out there. Trust me, I've tried AXA, Bupa and Vitality, and none of them provided the wealth of benefits and most importantly, the super convenient, personal claim service that April has. I have been with April now for over 3 years and will not ever think about going to anyone else. Could not recommend them enough!

Mensonges sur les délais de remboursements et sur l'application des montants. Ils essaient constamment de demander des documents pour ne pas respecter leurs engagements. La pire assurance et de loin !!!

I have been insured with April for a couple of years, as a Brit residing in France I needed to prove that I had health insurance until I went into the French system. I'm sure they are a good company if you are French, however if you are English speaking, not so good! Everything is in French, none of the advisors could speak English, or if they did it was as limited as my French. It was very difficult to find out what you are actually insured for. My French is OK but this was too difficult for me. I understand that I need to learn the language but that takes time. I had to employ a fluent French speaker and even she found them difficult to deal with. I am now in the French system and am very thankful to leave what for me was a useless, expensive and unhelpful organisation .

Hello! My name is Genia. So far in my experience as a newbie in this industry, April International is really easy to deal with and the representatives are very friendly and approachable. Most of the claims are well-taken cared of although there are times that some details in some areas had mistaken, but it's rare though. I salute the team for the service done to its members. These guys are rogue traders. I asked to cancel a contract, they left it a week to reply that they needed one simple bit of information. In that week the monthly renewal was charged again. They thought this was perfectly fair.
