Ich wurde am 10.12.2023 von einer giftigen Schlange gebissen und musste schnellstmöglich in das Krankenhaus um ein Gegengift zu erhalten. Ich habe alle Rechnungen inklusive Zahlungsblege eingereicht. Bis heute sind die höheren Rechnungen nicht bezahlt und noch immer in Bearbeitung. Teilweise wurden sie sogar abgelehnt und ich musste sie neu eingeben weil sie zusätzlich den ec Beleg wollten. Auf meine emails wird nicht geantwortet. Ich finde die Bearbeitungszeit und den Service sehr schlecht.

The most wonderful thing is having status updates on my claim from him throughout the process. APRIL has a great team who deliver excellent service. Easy app is also very convenient to use.

April International is a great solution for foreigners in Singapore. The team has been very reactive, able to provide me a customized solution to fit my needs. They also have a very convenient dormant policy option to add a safety net for up to 3 years if you are unsure about the future and wish to be able to reactivate your policy without losing continuity in coverage. The team has also been professional, precise and provided timely follow up for policy renewal.

Janet Tay was super helpful in considering the lack of full reimbursement. She was also very polite and suggested a solution.

Attention to detail. While some claims required explanation, April always respond in a timely manner. Service is really excellent. Even some of my doctors reported that April is one of the BEST insurance companies they deal with - very fair and responsive.

She will attends to my concerns and queries fast and that is the servicing attitude I am looking for in term of long term relationship. Absolutely perfect. I was covered in Argentina for 5 months. I needed medical assistance twice, I got to go to one of the best hospitals, and the easy claim app was super easy to use. I got reimbursed in a matter of days both times. I also had some items stolen from the trunk of a rented vehicle during a trip, and after filing a claim, I was relieved to learn that April International would compensate me. The applied depreciation rates were also very reasonable. On future trips/stays abroad, I will undoubtedly purchase insurance from this company.
