April was incredibly helpful and worked very quickly to have my sons pre-authorisation approved within 36 hours. They also worked tirelessly with the doctors to gather all information needed for the swift approval process. I’m very grateful for this as my son needed surgery very quickly.

Schon wieder: Zu lange Wartezeit auf Erstattung Warte nunmehr schon wieder den 18 Tag auf die Erstattung meiner Kosten. Habe den Kundenservice um Unterstützung per Mail gebeten. Keine Antwort. Bei der Erstattung geht es um meine vierteljährliche Medikamente die ich regelmäßig verordnet bekomme. Also nichts besonderes sondern reine Routine Warum dieser Vorgang solange zurück gehalten wird ist mir deshalb nicht verständlich. Ich fordere April auf meine Erstattung umgehend zur Zahlung anzuweisen.

Nouvel appel ce jour. On m'informe qu'il n'ont pas reçu le décompte de la cfe alors que je leur ai fourni !!!! De plus la CFE a effectué la télétransmission il y a déjà quelques mois!!!!! De nombreux appels, des mails... Désolant Désolant !!! Et malgré tous ces avis !!! il est facile de répondre : "désolé. Le problème va se résoudre"!!! Envoi un mail ce jour au service réclamation mais également au service info expat. Contrat : APA6000253178 Adhérent :C104474487

Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi. Ils ne sont bons que pour vous prélever chaque mois. Pour le reste c'est une honte --Internationale--. Quand l'incompétence est uniquement en défaveur du client, ça s'appelle du vol! Montant de remboursement erroné, service de demande de remboursement indisponible, courriels de réclamation ignorés... APRIL si vous continuez à jouer les bandits, je vais mettre mon ami journaliste d'investigation sur votre cas et vous allez pas aimer le prochain Zone Interdite... Policy #: APA9000300442

I reached out to a Tenzing - a partner company- employee and she sent the claim to April for me. From that point onwards the whole process was smooth and hands off. April customer service team did a good job and everyone displayed a fair attitude. The claim has been fulfilled within about a week. Thanks
