Schon wieder: Zu lange Wartezeit auf Erstattung Warte nunmehr schon wieder den 18 Tag auf die Erstattung meiner Kosten. Habe den Kundenservice um Unterstützung per Mail gebeten. Keine Antwort. Bei der Erstattung geht es um meine vierteljährliche Medikamente die ich regelmäßig verordnet bekomme. Also nichts besonderes sondern reine Routine Warum dieser Vorgang solange zurück gehalten wird ist mir deshalb nicht verständlich. Ich fordere April auf meine Erstattung umgehend zur Zahlung anzuweisen.

Nouvel appel ce jour. On m'informe qu'il n'ont pas reçu le décompte de la cfe alors que je leur ai fourni !!!! De plus la CFE a effectué la télétransmission il y a déjà quelques mois!!!!! De nombreux appels, des mails... Désolant Désolant !!! Et malgré tous ces avis !!! il est facile de répondre : "désolé. Le problème va se résoudre"!!!
