Attention : le tarif proposé pour votre 1ère année de cotisation va drastiquement augmenter par la suite. J'ai signé un contrat à 40€ en 2023, passé à 47€ en 2024 puis à 67€ en 2025. Il est bien normal d'augmenter les cotisations avec l'âge de l'assuré mais à ce point, est-ce bien raisonnable ? À titre de comparaison, je suis allé voir sur le site d'Alan, qui mettrait 21 ans pour passer de 47€ à 67€ de cotisation. April le fait en 1 an :)

Appli buggé, impossible d'envoyer les documents Je les envoie par email, personne ne répond Au téléphone? Personne non plus, ça fait 3 fois que j'essaie Pour une assurance avec laquelle vous devez avancer les frais c'est INADMISSIBLE. Je viens de consulter la liste des autres prestataires bien noté de Trustpilot et je ne vois plus aucune raison de rester chez eux. Vous voulez stresser? Choisissez April.

My husband and I have been very satisfied with April customer service so far. The team has always been helpful, responsive, polite, and informative. In particular, Donatella Pup has proved to be, not only extremely helpful but also kind with responses. We particularly have taken note of this because it's hard to find good customer service these days but to be treated with a sense of care has become even rarer. However, we've always felt respected and dignified in our interactions with Donatella. So far, our claims have been handled quickly and we've received thorough explanations. As a side note, we have mostly had your 'common/yearly medical/doctor/healthcare/visits/expenses. Thank you for your great customer service!

Compagnie d’assurance pitoyable 1mois et demie pour réglé un bride glace quand j’appelle le standard on me dit fin de semaine et quand j’appelle en fin de semaine, on me dit début de semaine prochaine, ça fait un mois et demi que ça dure (une des pire assurance que j’ai pu tester)

Overall April have provided a good service the 6+ years I have been with them. My last claim was declined due to a technicality, April said it was outpatient claim but it was post operation follow up. Took a few emails to reverse the decision and approve the claim. To end on a positive note. I recently entered hospital for 1/2 day for an iron infusion and they handled that very efficiently.

I’ve never had such difficulty using health benefits before, and my experience with APRIL International has been overwhelmingly disappointing. Here are the specific issues I’ve faced: Policy Number Issues: When I went to the hospital, my policy number wasn’t recognized, and I wasn’t in Maxicare’s system. APRIL later explained that the April and Maxicare policy numbers are different, but this critical information was not communicated upfront. Active Membership Problem: Despite claims that Maxicare supports direct billing locally, Maxicare confirmed I have no active membership with them, leaving me unable to access services. Reimbursement Delays: I opted for the reimbursement option by paying upfront for services, but my submitted claims have gone unanswered, and I haven’t received any reimbursement. Unfulfilled Letter of Guarantee Requests: I requested a Letter of Guarantee, but after almost a month, I still haven’t received it. Unhelpful Responses: All responses from APRIL have been vague or unhelpful, failing to address the issues I’ve raised. Call Center Problems: Calling their hotline results in being routed internationally to someone who has no knowledge or ability to resolve my concerns. I’ve never encountered such poor service with any previous healthcare provider. I feel completely unsupported and frustrated, and if I could switch providers immediately, I would.
