First time buyers - great experience so far! I was apprehensive to use an online service as I thought we would lose out on the personalised customer service and that everything would be standardised. I went ahead given it was free and had so many great reviews. However I must say the service has been brilliant so far. We have gone through the process of mortgage in principal, mortgage recommendation, mortgage submitted and now a mortgage offer from the lender. Each step has gone through very smoothly and the team have always been on hand to answer questions quickly - no matter how silly. Additionally Habito explain everything in clear plain language which has been so helpful given this is our first time going through this process. Even if you're finance savvy it is still a lot to understand! They provide a clear breakdown of the lender they've recommended, the research and why. They're also transparent about everything which I found helpful (e.g. the fees, how much you would pay each month). So far I can't fault the experience - special thanks to Nicola and Christine. Will update the review once everything is done! Update: Our house purchase experienced a lot of issues but Habito were great. Nicola answered all my queries along the way and stayed in contact. We completed and are very pleased with the service.
