Habito has great tech system! I don't even need to phone anyone at all!

Raj at Habito was very good. My situation was quite complicated compared to a normal re-mortgage as I was looking to take out additional borrowing to fund a future property investment. Raj worked hard to find the best deal for my circumstances and was very fast at responding and he provided solid advice.

We've just used Habito to re-mortgage, after having used them to take out our first mortgage 5 years ago. Both times they've been fantastic and have gone to great lengths to make sure we understand everything and get the best deal for us, with minimal effort. We've also had the same broker both times - Sameer Butt, who has been fantastic. Habito have been much faster than going through banks directly which we've also tried, so really glad we have used them.

This is the second time Habito have secured me a great deal. Kris was great, he was patient throughout my ever changing requirements. I would not use anyone else.

Wow, it's not often I am impressed by a company, but I'd like to say that Habito have been excellent helping with our remortgage application. Not only is it a very easy to use portal, it's backed up by a very responsive and attentive mortgage expert (Richard) who quickly found us some good recommendations and did everything he said he would do, especially at a time when mortgage rates are changing by the day in the UK. I also found Chisom our customer success expert to be very attentive and clear with her communications. To actually have such quick responses to many questions is a very big plus for your service. The whole process isn't finished yet, but I just wanted to rate how refreshing it is to use a service that simply works and saves me so much hassle. I will definitely recommend you to friends.

Excellent service from Habito. After being recommended by a friend we have used Habito previously to renew our existing mortgage, however on this occasion we have purchased a new house and used them to support our new mortgage application. The service efficient, informative, excellent customer service. We worked with a couple of brokers as our initial broker went on family leave, the transition was seamless and all information transferred over accurately during the process. The online system is easy to use and we were being offered new and better deals on a daily basis during the final few days before applying. It felt initially a bit daunting using an online broker but can't recommend the service enough - we will definitely use Habito again! Thanks Chris Roy & Zoe Pritchard!

This is the second time I’ve used Habito. The service has been consistently high, with a responsive financial expert who has been insightful and patient while I decided what I wanted to do. It’s also a very simple platform to use.

Highly recommended. They managed everything from mortgage to conveyancing. Always responsive to all my queries. As a foreigner buying a new home abroad they helped a lot.

We used Habito on the recommendation of a friend. We were lucky enough to have Olivia Harris as our broker. Olivia was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly patient whilst we were viewing homes and continued to advise us throughout with what the market trends were doing. Everything was relayed to us in plain English and Olivia clarified anything we didn't quite understand. Their site is very simple to navigate and works very well. We can't recommend Habito, or more specifically - Olivia, enough!

User friendly application, responsive team, great results !

Unfortunately my experience using Habito to re-mortgage was a huge disappointment. Their customer service is abysmal, along with their joke of a complaints system where they "investigate" themselves and of course conclude no wrong on their part. The worst aspect of my experience with Habito was the poor service from a tactless insolent broker, who only wanted to communicate over email and only agreed to speak on the phone after I called the head office. Habito do not value their customers and will do the absolute bare minimum. I'll advise anyone who's looking for a mortgage broker, that it's in their best interest to avoid Habito.

Quick, easy and takes the hassle out of it all! Jessica and George were friendly and professional. Can't believe how great the service was, especially as it's free. I've now got a new deal lined up for when my fixed deal ends in a few months time. Thanks Habito for helping me get the application in and approved. I highly recommend anyone using them and will definitely return as a customer.
