On line process made submitting information and answering queries straightforward. Team work quickly to find deals and clarify any extra information due to familiarity with providers. Managed to submit mortgage application quickly and able to remortgage in short space of time. Thank you, will use again next time but I won’t leave it so late.

First time Habito customer and got to say I am very impressed to date. I was little concerned about going through the whole process online however the experience was seamless. Our agent, Jessica, was so efficient with the updates, prompts and chats. The wider research summary outlining all the available products and the final recommendation was so comprehensive. The document portal was so easy to use to upload all the required documents. A little bump on affordability was addressed very quickly. All this service provided without a direct cost to me was icing on the cake. Definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you Jessica and Habito!

This is my second time using Habito. First time when I bought my flat, and now that the original offer is coming to an end. As I'm planning to search for a bigger house soon, I didn't want to get locked into a 2-year+ product so I thought my only option was going onto the very high variable rate as per my original offer. However, the team at Habito were very helpful and found an offer with my current lender that has no early repayment fee, meaning that I can end it whenever I find the next house. My mortgage expert Emily was so super helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me multiple offers to choose from. My customer success expert Chioma was also very helpful and kept me updated. I can't believe this service is free! (to me)

For my purposes, Habito worked very well: my mortgage application was somewhat complex, involving a number of hurdles, but Antra and Chisom were both very helpful and responsive and the application was eventually approved.

Habito have been with me through multiple property offers and they have been truly excellent, never dropping the ball from mortgage research (Thank you Emily!) and to offer (Thank you Chisom!). They’ve always been contactable online and everyone takes time to explain, no matter how small the question.

Antra and her team have been so helpful. The process has been made to feel so easy which can be very daunting and complicated as a first time buyer. No question was ever made to feel stupid and they were always there whenever I needed help. Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

Very straightforward service, seemed to offer better rates than other places I've seen. As with any of these, be sure to read the small print. I didn't use them for their Habito plus service, but the mortgage broker part was very easy, and the online forms made it super convenient. I was working with Emily and she explained everything very well. The timeframes were fast, and my case was handed over to another colleague for a day or two while she was out - it was very smooth. It does feel like they're genuinely trying to get you a good deal, and they provide information about all the different searches they do, in case you want to choose a different recommendation or lender than what they suggest. It's detailed and thorough. Happily use them again.

Abi Using Habito plus. so far, great. Ahmet went through the mortgage application with me, we found the exact mortgage that suited my needs, he gave multiple quotes and was happy to do so. Very knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel like I was annoying him. He just knew it all and I enjoyed the experience, he made me feel very comfortable. My application has been submitted. All within about 15hours. This afternoon the conveyancer they set me up with called me to give a heads up on what’s to come, and now the customer success expert at Habito will be with me through the next steps as well. I’ll review again at next interval.

Emily has been fantastic throughout the whole mortgage application process, updating me and nudging things along to benefit me. Really happy with the service and will continue to use Habito for future applications
