Designed for experienced users, not newbies They are great at Habito's and I will keep their buiness! 1. Habito get commission from lenders, no fees for their service- outstanding 2. They are whole of the market brokers- great 3. Website/online uploads are easy to use - great But they are not designed for quick quotes/AiP deals or "fast offer turnaround". Applicant has to do legwork preparing and uploading documents, getting to someone on the phone is difficult; sometimes the first point of contact is a junior working from home (grr...) so have rapport with someone senior (I recommend Christine Brain) to deal with unusual requests or just chasing progress. I highly recommend, perfect for experienced, savvy landlords

Don't know how they get so many reviews. I said to give it a try as I need to re-mortgage soon. So, I've "luckily" been allocated to the mortgage expert called David who started asking me for payslips since 2023, although I'm employed and I have never been asked to provide this before. Even by the bank so the conclusion is: time-wasters

Antra was great. I needed some advice quite late in the evening and she advised with some really fast replies & showed me a comparison of all the best deals with a breakdown of all including hidden fees. I’ve used a broker before, they just gave me the one with the lowest interest rate, but this isn’t always the case for the best deal & Antra explained all of this to me and submitted my mortgage within 1-2 working days! Would only use Habito hereafter!

I’ve used this company twice now to remortgage and they are really good. Very easy to use, online chat for simple questions but also they will schedule a call when questions and needs are more complex. I got a competitive rate and the advisor RAJ I dealt with was patient and listened to all my needs and explored a lot of different products and options before we settled on the right one! Recommend Habito to anyone who is busy and wants a hassle free remortgage 😃

I am in the process of re-mortgaging with Habito (they also managed this original mortgage). I work with Antra and she has been a great advisor - reached out several months in advance to remind of the upcoming remortgage, advised on the current state of the market, she's been attentive and empathetic to our situation. Antra has been providing timely information and updates, guiding me through the process. I feel Habito acts on my side and tries to find the best deal. Finally, their portal and process of collecting papers etc. simplifies your life significantly.

Habito's portal is brilliant. No application fees either. ESIS format is excellent. Would happily use Habito again for the remortgage.

As a first-time homebuyer, my experience has been incredibly smooth and streamlined. Both Emily and Mariam have been exceptionally supportive, attentively addressing all my questions and clarifications throughout the process. The whole process takes less than 2 weeks which is great! I applied for a mortgage twice because I changed my mind about the first property. Emily assisted me with the first application, and Mariam guided me through the second. Both experiences were straightforward and hassle-free. Initially, I purchased Habito Plus but later canceled it due to the additional costs associated with moving from a flat in a building with seven stories or fewer to one above seven stories. This decision came after I opted to withdraw from the first flat and purchase another. However, I received a full refund, and my impression of the service remains highly positive. I believe the experience with Habito Plus would have been excellent as well.
