Perfect build quality and so far the otoman bed frame is functioning well. The delivery guys were speedy and did a great job. Whilst we saw similar and sometimes cheaper bed frames from other high street stores we decided to go a little above our initial budget and it was worth it. Definite investment for the future in a high quality piece of furniture.

The beds and service were amazing!!

We ordered Oxford Ottaman bedframe, chest of drawers etc from WarrenEvans. While delivery and assembly, the delivery guys realised few items of the bed frame were missing. The dismantled bed frame is sitting in our bedroom causing us health and safety hazard. We have been told to wait 2 weeks for it to be assembled. This is absolutely unacceptable and poor service from Warren Evans. We are chasing customer support to resolve this issue, it seems like there is no urgency from them to resolve it or proactiveness. Very appalling!

Helpful and informative staff, a beautiful showroom with plenty of information about all the products, efficient service and, in the end, a marvellous mattress. Warren Evans had been recommended to me by a few friends which is rare indeed and they didn't disappoint. Friendly, relaxed, efficient, quick to solve any minor problems - by far the best experience I have had ordering anything for my new flat by far. The lovely Shane even retrospectively added a discount onto our order as it had been forgotten when we made the order. This experience extended from the shop, through to the finance company (who are also a joy to deal with), and even to delivery and installation. The guys that came round were equally professional, gave us plenty of notice for the exact time they were arriving, took off their shoes to avoid dirtying our carpet, put the bed up in record time and left no trace of them having been here. And the bed itself is well-made and looks amazing. Now I can't stop recommending this place to my friends and family! I honestly don't have a bad thing to say about my experience with Warren Evans - I wish it were all so easy.

Very good sales at store, asked when I would like bed delivered. Unfortunately when delivered, a part was missing. Given delivery date 5 days later 19th Jan (which is reasonable) but between 8-11. Called customer service to explain I would be at work in morning and no one at home to let delivery drivers in to finish installation. Asked if it could be rescheduled to afternoon. Response was 'as deliveries are computer generated this can not be changed', assistant asked if neighbour could take delivery and then I install missing part myself. I said this was not an option as my neighbours work and I wouldnt want to install the part wrongly. Assistant told me next delivery date was 2nd Feb which I couldn't believe. Both assistant and then manager whom I spoke with were inflexible and very unaccommodating over something which was a fault on their part. Disappointed with service as it started off on an excellent note. Thank you to Marcen at Warren Evans Ealing branch for your initial customer service when we bought the bed.

Awful customer service. Repeated delivery delays followed by bad instalment (including damage to items in my property) and still no response whatsoever from Warren Evans, 6 weeks after the event. Avoid this company!!

They guys who came to assemble my bed came when they said they would, were courteous and friendly and did a good job. The bed is extremely comfortable and I feel I got great value for money

So far, so good! Nice friendly guys who delivered. Just the mattress appears to have been pulled a little on the longer sides, perhaps to hold it. It may just spring back to correct alignment. Haven't noticed any issues with the product yet.

We have ordered 2 beds and mattresses from Warren Evans. Both are super comfortable! The men who delivered and fitted them were prompt, polite and helpful.

Purchased the floating bed and Warren Evans own thicker memory foam mattress plus memory foam pillow. Sleep heaven Delivered quickly and efficiently and set up by two very nice polite guys. This is our 4 Warren Even bed purchase and all have been top quality.

I bought a bed and mattress back at Warren Evans back in 2010 and the time had now come to invest in a Tempur mattress, so I went back to the shop in Shoreditch. Again, I could not have had a better experience. All the staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and pleasant. The store's policy is to not offer trial periods on Tempur mattresses (because Tempur will not take returned mattresses back) but they made an exception and gave me my Tempur Original Deluxe 22 mattress on a 120 day trial. I did in fact decide that this was not the right choice (too firm) and they were entirely helpful and pleasant when I went back and decided to swap it for the Tempur Hybrid Elite 25 (which is amazing). So thank you very much for an excellent service. I would wholeheartedly recommend your service.

Excellent customer service. Called em to tell me I had ordered the incorrect wood type between bed and other furniture and it was easy to change. Delivery was smooth and came within allotted time. Pain-free and professional. Highly recommended.

After looking at all the popular bed sellers, we decided to purchase a super king wooden bed and a memory foam mattress that we love! Although we were looking for a king size bed, we got a really good quote for a super king one and we went for it. We opted for the warren Evans memory foam mattress as it was considerably cheaper than the Tempur and we love it! It’s a new sleeping experience! Excellent service and free installation was an added bonus! I highly recommend them to my friends.
