too early a delivery at 7.30 over xmas, and a tad dirty from being in storage. BUT super pleased with the comfort and quality :)

I bought my bed at Bromley store ,service was very good. What I found is warren evens customer service is not very good. Also when they deliver my bed I thought they were rushing to finish the job. 😕 I bought warren evens hybrids mattress not happy with this mattress giving back pain also this is now dis continued. I wonder why? Happy with bed side drawers but not happy with mattress. This was purchased in December 17.

Fantastic mattress really supportive and comfy. The whole process of testing out mattresses in store to its delivery was very easy and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Fabulous service and great products. I bought a mattress and bed in a showroom and it was great quality, delivered quickly and assembled in the house. Such a massive improvement on ikea! Two years later one of the side panels split and I thought oh god another purchase. I didn’t have a receipt or any details aside from the original delivery notice email with the date. On the off chance I emailed Warren Evans and told them what had happened. And I sent photos. Within 24 hours they got in touch to say they would replace the whole side panel, making it to order. That they would deliver and fit this within a few days - and this was at Christmas time. I was so impressed with this service I cannot tell you. I would definitely use them again!

I have bought beds over the years at WE and have always been very pleased with the product and the staff I dealt with. However my recent experience of the St Albans store (December) left a lot to be desired. The staff member lacked knowledge, made stuff up until I really pushed him to find out about some differences between two mattresses (he then told me one was new which was a downright stupid and bizarre comment!) and generally gave a very poor impression of the company. WE please train your staff and monitor their conduct.

I bought 2 double beds and Accesories in advance of moving to a flat I was buying. The sale fell through and I couldn't accommodate the beds in my new rental property. I had also postponed the delivery date many times while the potential sale was going on. The employees at Warren Evans were unfailingly courteous, friendly and helpful throughout this period, and returned my money for the beds promptly and nicely. Also had a mattress and side-table delivered and they are great, and the delivery went precisely to order.

Our bedroom furniture was over 30 years old and needed replacing. We visited countless furniture stores but were disappointed with the quality or the price. Luckily my wife discovered the Warren Evans store in Guildford. We loved the furniture as it was just what we wanted, solid wood in a style that we liked and an extensive range to choose from. We took the catalogue home, chose what we wanted and phoned the store for a quote. The price was less than I anticipated and I immediately agreed to the purchase. As our bedroom was being redecorated we agreed a delivery date in 2 months time, a few days before Christmas. A week before delivery Warren Evans confirmed the arrangement, the day before they confirmed a time slot and on the day they phoned 1 hour before delivery which was within the time slot. The delivery men unloaded the furniture, putting on disposable overshoes when they were in the house. They arranged the furniture exactly as we wanted it. Throughout the purchase all Warren Evans employees in the store, on the phone and delivery and set up, were helpful and courteous. The furniture is fantastic and made in England. I cannot speak too highly of this organisation.

Arrived on the planned date and assembly was very smooth. Very happy with the end product too - looks great and good quality.

Easy to order and good and efficient service coming to put up the bed. Only minus was the long delivery time (2+ weeks)
