Staff in shop very helpful in finding our previous orders. The fact that customer history is held is very good. Delivery times texted and updated well. Delivery staff very efficient and polite and friendly.

Ordering our bed from Warren Evans has been by far the best shopping experience we have had for a while. We went to the shop in Kingston where we were the luckiest customers by getting the most professional, friendly, knowledgable and patient sales assistant, the lovely Kristyna who helped us in every possible way. Once our decision was taken (it took us a while but we never felt pressured or rushed) we placed our order for a small super-king size bed. The bed is just fa-bu-lo-us, beautifully made and so comfortable! It was delivered on the day it was supposed to arrive, we were kept informed of the delivery time and it was installed by 2 friendly, professional and skilled chaps in no time. I would definitely recommend Warrens Evans to anyone, my only wish is that there could be more companies and staff like them!

We recently ordered our bed frame from Warren Evans (which is great) and I wanted to order some bedside tables to match - we are so pleased with them, they match the bed perfectly and are great quality.

I love the bed but we were supposed to get two free pillows, which didn't materialise, and the fitters put the bed in the wrong position so we had to move it, and now the drawers don't open properly.

Just as a follow on from my last post, Warren James replaced the mattress with one softer the base unit. We have used it now for circa. 6 months and its perfect. Service in the exchange was excellent.
