I ordered a new double bed from Warren Evans and was a bit worried about ordering online, without seeing quality in person prior. However, both product and customer service have been wonderful. Bed was delivered and assembled for me before Christmas without fuss, and i could book in the time for the delivery to fit around my work schedule. The phone calls to confirm purchase and delivery were prompt and i didn't need to chase. The bed has been brilliant so far, i love the design and the quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Great service in the shop in Camberwell - really friendly and helpful staff meant I chose the perfect bed. Great communication before the delivery and polite and efficient deliverers who constructed the bed.

This was the second time I have used there bed and mattress replacement services. Excellent both times, even when we had trouble getting the king size mattress in.

Once I ordered my bed was assisted every step along the way. So far so good bed seems good , only just got it ! Was very pleased to be told by delivery person that any problem with slats or sides of bed and I have 10 years gurantee on these so no worries, very good service and bed, thanks Warren Evans

I had a little creaking with my new Warren Evans bed - having had two before I rang to complain. Zay and MoYaser came to sort it out. They couldn't have been nicer - excellent customer service, excellent bed too! I should add that the lady who dealt with my order was really nice too!

Very inflexible when it came to moving the delivery date. I stated 3 weeks prior to the delivery the date I needed and was told it was booked for then however it was actually for 2 days before. When I pressed for a solution they said the only other option would be to pick it up from the warehouse. The salesman in store was brilliant and we would not have bought the bed were it not for him.

This is the third bed I've bought from Warren Evans in the past few years. I went back to them without hesitation as I was so pleased with the service I have had before. The Warren Evans people are great, both in-store and on delivery. Everything happened when it was supposed to. I'm really pleased.

Never had a bed like this before! At first, I was really delighted with my new bed and side tables on delivery, which were as expected. We bought a King Size, with a new mattress that they indicated was suitable. Unfortunately the mattress only fits by being jammed in under the headboard and squeezed in at the sides, meaning it's so tight that it's impossible to lift to get a fitted sheet under it at all and flat sheets can only be tucked in at the bottom as there is just no room at the sides and top to get fingers, let alone hands in!! I reported this to the company but they insisted that both the mattress and the bed were "within normal parameters" in terms of size and, despite emails and phone calls, did not take the complaint seriously. Very disappointed. Gave up in the end and just have a very untidy guest bed with loose-hanging flat sheets to prevent tearing..... Update - sent details of this to Warren Evans as requested to info@ mail but they have now posted that I have not
