Good sales experience of bedframe from the representative at Warren Evans, Camden Town - but unfortunately experience was spoiled by the rejection of credit by agency who was contacted by the Warren Evans rep. This turned out to be totally related to the misinterpretation of my postcode address letters conveyed over the phone by the sales rep. to the credit agency. The credit agency agent misheard one of the letters and in consequence my application was at first rejected outright without explanation in the shop but later reprieved following correction by sales rep. More caution and care is advised. Warren Evans should train its staff to be particularly clear in phone interactions giving customers' details and enunciate spelling according to the alphabet i.e. a for Apple, b for Bear. The mistake could have been avoided if this had been part of his training.

Excellent customer service. We went to pick up our mattress at the depot as needed it quite quickly (they make them within 5 days!). The staff there were absolutely brilliant in loading it for us and even went out of their way to help us sort our van out. Staff at the Hammersmith store were also really helpful.

Received excellent service. All sales staff were friendly and polite and helped us with everything. They made the process very simple and easy. They even put up with our children trying to try on the big hats in the shop!

A very helpful team of people who rang to check with us every step of the way. Delivery slots meant that we weren't sitting around all day and we were given a one hour warning which was impressive. I knew ahead of time that the mattress would be of good quality and we are not disappointed.

We bought a second bed from Warren Evans for our spare room because we liked the one in our room so much. The service was great, with excellent communication about when the bed would arrive, and needless to say, we like the bed. Our first bed was broken by the removal men (not from Warren Evans) when we moved house, and Warren Evans offered to fix it at no charge when they delivered the second bed. In the end, it needed spare parts, so they ordered them and let us know quickly when they would be delivered. Excellent service, thank you!
