Nice showroom and friendly service. Reasonable pricing with some flexibility to accommodate our requirements. Delivery team was running a bit late (it happens, it's London) but their arrival was followed by swift and careful installation of our new bed. My only minor issue was that their range could have been bigger, but it's all hand made in London and I got what I wanted so there's no real complaints. After seeing their boards up for 20 years I'm glad I finally went in. Well done guys!

Really good service in store. The bed is fantastic & the guys who delivered it were really friendly and put the bed together in record time. Very satisfied.

Good solidly made beds. We have several now and find them sturdy and well made. I now put old fabric between the slats and the frame when it is assembled, which the delivery men are happy to do, as after time they can sometimes creak as the wood slats squeak against the base frame. This is 100% solved by the fabric between. I don't know why they don't do it as standard themselves.

Salesman in Bromley shop was very helpful. The bed was delivered on time and, as promised, the deliverymen phoned an hour beforehand. They put it together and were very helpful and courteous.the bed itself is very comfortable. So far so good.

I loved my experience of being guided through the wonderful Tardis like shop in Brighton. I spent 2 hours with an assistant who was extremely helpful and charming, and I am delighted with my purchase of the Verona bed in medium oak along with a matress I don't have to turn over. Both arrived on time just 10 days later and installed by friendly delivery men. Great service. Highly recommended.

I can honestly not recommend Warren Evans highly enough. From ease of buying from the website to the amazing customer service when I was not sure of the colour through to deliver. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone who asks me about getting a bed and a mattress.

Been buying beds from Warren Evans for over 20 years and the standard is always very good. With our latest purchase; the sales service and communication was excellent. Also, the guys who delivered the bed and fixed it up for us were so friendly and pleasant to deal with even after they had driven over 3 hours from London to Somerset. Excellent company!

Just got my new bed - all set up before 8am! Lovely gentlemen - Jermaine and Eusebio - rang half an hour before to alert me. Order taking at Warren Evans and delivery update as excellent as ever - this is not the first bed I have bought from this company - and it's not a replacement! Again - Jermaine and Eusebio just charming and efficient.

Excellent customer service, delivered as on time and bed assembled professionally. Bed is very sturdy and good wooden quality. So far no complaints at all from my son. Would order from Warren Evans again.
