My pain only shows after a few days so I can't just go to a show room, which is why I was attracted to their trial period. After trialling the first mattress I was led to believe by a customer service person that I could try another one with 120 days trial. So I did, but when it turned out that my back didn't respond well, I called up to ask to either return it, or swap it. This was refused on the basis of small print within the terms and conditions that I was never made aware of and was contradicted by the information I got from customer services. The worst part is that they really don't care! I begged them to understand that I'd been misled accidentally by one of THEIR people. But there was no budging. I am now stuck with a mattress that I have paid £300 for which we can't use. They don't care!

United Kingdom | 08 December 2017Fast service, an added bonus not having to wait for weeks and weeks to have a bed delivered. It helps that it has been made in the U.K. Efficent delivery and ensamble with no fuss. When checking the slats slight dissapointed with the quality however the company has agreed to replace them and this will be done shortly. The mattress is fantastic and confortable as well as supportive .

Poor communication from one of the delivery men and expensive damage to a £250 photo print which they knocked off my wall and damaged - very little in the way of an apology and the shop washed their hands of any responsibility. I’ve lived in the same house for 20 year and had many deliveries and no damage has ever been done before. Their response to my being upset by their damaging my property was disgusting! I am not impressed nor would I recommend their service to anyone else if they refuse to take any responsibility for their actions!

The furniture arrived when I was told it would with phone calls beforehand to confirm it was on its way. The items were swiftly assembled in situ for me and a fortnight on I am thrilled with them. The bed is comfortable and looks great and the wardrobe and bedside cabinet look good too.
