I experienced great customer service first from Sarah R and then from Nick W. They were helpful and made the process clear and not overwhelming. All of my questions were answered and follow-up was very fast.

I have had my medical practice work comp insurance policy with Pie. No problems during the years when the policy was in force. Then when I found a more competitive rate elsewhere, I got papered with a burdensome audit. No audits during the years with Pie; but as if they wished to punish me for leaving, the audit arrived.

We recently undertook our annual audit of our PIE workers comp insurance. It resulted in a reclassification of our workers and a sharp increase in premium. I was able to work with PIE who were very helpful and responsive to work through the situation. We were able to resolve it speedily and to the satisfaction of both parties. Thank you PIE.

I wish I would have found Pie Insurance years ago. They are the best workers’ comp carriers I have ever worked with. They are reasonably priced, honest, well organized, and obviously well managed. Chris Castill, Premium Audit Advocate, was so informative and so helpful in assisting me with this year’s audit. No one likes an audit, but when someone like Chris makes it so easy for you by providing all the information you need to gather and upload and how to do it, the audit then becomes a piece of cake! I couldn’t have done it without Chris. It’s actually the first audit I’ve ever done. He’s very responsive in his emails, very communicative! Plus he is very accommodating, and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

We had questions regarding our audit and classification codes and reached out to Pie Insurance - Almost immediately got a live rep and was fortunately directed to Jake Greenfield of the PIE audit team who took my late eveing call. Jake took the time to listen to and understand our concerns and questions on the results of the audit. He also offered and explained several options that we could pursue to ensure the most accurate classification codes for our growing business with different employee roles. Jake went further to explain and offer that Pie would touch base with PA to have the necessary discussions with the PA authorities to seek a suitable and equitable outcome. All in all couldn't have asked for more courteous and expert support from PIE all, in our opinion, because we spoke with Jake Greenfield. who is and should be considered a credit to PIE and to Five Saints Distilling.
