Most of their doctors/ nurses have horrible reviews. Even if you are looking for scheduled medications, your time and money will be wasted with this scam organization.

Though I had issues with using safari and then the app. They both worked but they didn’t seem to communicate with each other so I had two profiles I guess. Also, tried to verify my email and then change my first appointment I scheduled but it wasn’t showing I had an appointment for me to have to reschedule even though I was receiving texts with links to join the appointment (the links didn’t work). So I missed my first appointment and couldn’t communicate that I couldn’t connect. Hopefully won’t be charged a fee for missing initial apt.

They do business via app and bots, there are countless "people" involved (if it's not AI) who don't know what one part of the organization is doing versus the other. I wasted 2 weeks and $450 (because these people do not take CareFirst, one of the most prevalent insurance companies in the US). I underwent an at home sleep study for 2 nights and couldn't get an appointment with the PA who did my intake until 6 days later. I asked these people if I could see another provider, and they said yes because my records were accessible to all the providers. I booked a 30 minute appointment and this PA didn't have a clue. Her only response ( 5 minutes into the appointment) was: the report says you don't have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). No analysis, no recommendations, no medical opinion, NADA! THEN, the original PA refuses to sign a certification form required by the MVA to keep my driver's license, indicating that despite the study (which is supposedly from a sleep expert), she can't certify that I don't have a sleep disorder and I need to see another specialist for an in-person study. These people are a total joke: non-reponsive, poorly designed app, they take too long to resolve issues AND they don't even trust the diagnosis from the doctors they claim in their advertising are "experts." When i complained, i had all these phony, faux people reaching out talking about how sorry they are, and how frustrating this must be, etc. -- a bunch of canned crap because they know I am writing to the attorney general's office and the state medical board. They have already gotten paid so they really don't give a flying flip. I don't know what kind of dark alley medicine these people are practicing, but DON'T spend your money or time, its a complete waste all around, they don't know what they're doing. I expect a refund of all the money wasted on these clowns. Meanwhile, they have wasted ALL the time allotted to me by the MVA who is now threatening to suspend my license, even though I haven't had a car accident or even a speeding ticket in at least 15 years. If I had known how inept and useless these people were going to be, I could have gotten a proper study done with a legitimate, licensed M.D. Their advertising is false, the services are faux and I'm not even convinced all the "staff" are actually real human beings.

United States | 04 September 2024Provider was great, but the Dexa scan and follow up imaging and care were scheduled for a health center location thousands of mile from where I am in Michigan. That makes no sense and there is no simple way to reach you to correct this problem. Please contact me so I can specify where to have imaging, lab and other care referred. Thank you.
