You charged me $179 for an appointment that is covered by my insurance. When I signed up for your app, you asked me my insurance number, and you sent a message saying setup was complete and that my insurance info was in the system. Then I see a $179 charge on my credit card. I messaged your robot about this, and it sent a message to your billing team, who have yet to respond. This is unprofessional and financially dangerous to people who do not have $200 to pay out of pocket for visits that are covered by their insurance plan. 0/5 for customer service, 0/5 for communication, 0/5 for ease of use, 0/5 for misinforming me that my insurance information was uploaded. This is criminal.

I had an appointment at 8:10 PM Eastern time last night and I gave a full history. The doctor said I need to schedule a second appointment for additional screening. We met again this morning and he had no idea who I was and didn’t remember anything about our conversation. Within 10 min of our meeting he told me I would need a 3rd appointment before he could make a diagnosis. This is fraud!

If I could leave them a zero I would. They take your money for the first 3 visits and then tell you they can no longer help you. I saw one doctor with green hair who I explained I took my sons Adderall to see how it feels and it was a wonderful medication. Obviously he genetically has adhd from someone. I have been diagnosed from another online help facility called DONE where it is basically the same scam. After my multiple appoints not one pharmacy would feel the prescription. They said the company was not legitmate. After my 3 appointments and a cost of $379 krogers said circle medical was not legitmate. Walgreens did feel my perscription. Now the funny part is I had a follow up with one of the physcians who told me after consulting with the green haired physican I need to see a physcitrist because I took my tried my sons medicine. I was prescribed 5 MG qty 28. Real pill head over hear. I went to online services because its still very hard for me as an adult to reach out for help for a adhd diagnosis. The second physician said she got into online medicine strictly for ADHD because she said there was not enough help for adults suffering with adhd. THERE IS a STIGMA. Thanks for making it worse.

Though the scheduling, billing and Doctor appointment went well, it took 7 days for Circle to order my long-standing prescription. Dozens of attempts to reach customer service failed. When I finally connected the represented, she stated there was nothing she could do. The Prescription Team does accept calls and there was no means to escalate to a manager.
