United States | 23 October 2024Their booking flow is very intuitive and easy to use and the app is great. I was able to book my first appointment only a few days out. My provider clearly cares a lot and wants the best for their patients. 10/10.

United States | 23 October 2024It does not state anywhere what the cost for consultation. $179 to speak with someone who dismissed my concerns for less than 30 minutes.

United States | 18 October 2024I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Kendall Lubatti for her high level of professionalism and attentive care. From the first visit, I felt truly cared for, and all explanations were clear and easy to understand. The entire process was conducted in a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Lubatti always took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me understand my situation.

United States | 15 October 2024There is another review on here with the exact issue I have. I set up an annual PCP appointment thru ZocDoc. The doctor was great. Afterward, Circle Medical billed me $100 without ever submitting a claim to my insurance. I followed up with them and they did not submit the claim under the guise that my policy usually doesn’t accept claims like this one anyway. It costs them nothing to file a claim - clearly, they are trying to scam me out of the money. I followed up weekly - sometimes multiple times in a week - over the course of a month just trying to get them to send the claim to my insurance! Someone responded a month after my appointment to say I would be reimbursed $100 in 5-7 business days. I was so relieved. It’s been two weeks since then and I still have not been reimbursed! This has been a nightmare. Sure, it’s only $100, but this company has absolutely no professionalism. UPDATE 10/25: I got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit card company, which I highly highly recommend if you’re going through this. Circle medical never refunded me. I called my insurance and they do cover claims like this. If circle medical had submitted my claim, I would not have owed anything. After I posted this initial review, I followed up with Circle AGAIN (via “chat” and Phone) and again, received no help. Circle Medical, instead of replying to 1 star reviews on trustpilot, you should be ensuring that the customer experience from the beginning is one of professionalism and quality.

United States | 12 October 2024This visit was great. My frustration is with your system. It is so difficult to set up appointments with the same provider. I suggest creating a way for us to favorite provider and be able to easily find and click their name to find their next available appointment. Right now I need to schedule a follow up with my provider but I can’t find his next availability easily because your program when booking only shows providers available by day versus allowing me to select a provider and see when they are available.

United States | 12 October 2024I’ve seen circle Medical in the App Store and read some reviews and I was very skeptical. I had my first appointment today and I just have to say wow! What a pleasant surprise! I was able to see the nurse practitioner and she was great.

United States | 08 October 2024Absolutely no transparency. They billed me the out-of-pocket price even though I have insurance and refused to refund me. I booked through ZocDoc, who had my insurance information and confirmed that the provider I selected was in-network. When I asked Circle Medical about the charge, they said my policy was not accepted. According to them, "Even if the provider is in-network, there is no guarantee your particular policy will be accepted". This is not explicitly stated anywhere before or after you book. There was absolutely no way for me to know this until after I was billed. Now I've cancelled my follow-up and out $100. They are absolute scammers.

United States | 05 October 2024Open availability is exceptional. However, limited insurance is accepted and their human customer service chat box is very slow at replying to inquiries.

United States | 04 October 2024I absolutely LOVE my new provider that I connected with through Circle Medical. With this platform largely focused on ADHD treatment, I have felt seen and supported with no judgment or stigma. I have been diagnosed with ADHD for approximately 16 years and have always felt the need to tiptoe through conversations regarding my mental health and medication dosages. Scheduling my initial appointment with my new care provider was super turnkey and I never felt like I had to "prove" my diagnosis. Of course, we talked through my diagnostic history extensively and I was required to provide my medical records, but I felt understood from the very beginning. I deducted one star because I am used to using Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, like MyChart, to communicate directly with my provider and their care team. This part of the experience with Circle Medical feels less intimate, as you are never able to establish a relationship with the patient advocates. You also can't send your provider direct messages; to do so, you must open an inquiry with a chatbot, who will route you to a patient advocate, who will then contact your provider on your behalf. In my experience, getting a live person in this part of the process takes a minimum of 24 hours.

United States | 04 October 2024Worst online platform. I tried to reach out about the block on my blood drawl with quest for 3 months. If yall think you’re dealing with a slow company think again. This is beyond bad customer service. This company is okay playing with our lives. It’s literally scary and i don’t know what to do. Grotesque company with little morals

United States | 03 October 2024I have been using Circle Medical for two years on a monthly basis. They are in-network and I liked my provider. However, after three recent billing issues all caused by Circle, I am no longer going to be using their services and would advise anyone reading to do the same. I received a notification that I had a balance due for a recent visit. Instead of my usual copay, I was being charged an out of network rate. A similar incident happened a few months ago and I was able to resolve it after jumping through a few hoops. This time, I called my insurance company and verified that (a) Circle is still in-network and (b) they failed to submit the doctor's NPI number with the claim which caused it to be flagged as out of network. All they have to do would be to resubmit the claim with the proper information and it would be covered. As there is no phone number, I attempted to get in touch with Circle via their bot, who closed out my conversation multiple times. I requested a claim review and was contacted next day by a person (I think) who asked me for the name and employee number of the person I spoke to at my insurance company, which seems unreasonable as I did all the legwork already for them. It seemed like they were making me jump through hoops to charge me the out of network rate. When I repeated that all they had to do was resubmit the claim with the NPI number, the person/bot closed the chat and said they'd get back to me, but did not. I made numerous other attempts to get in touch but there was no response and my credit card was charged the full rate today. I plan to complain about them everywhere I can. I hope to get a refund, but it takes weeks--they should also provide interest! Check reviews--odd billing issues are such a frequent complaint that one has to wonder if it's an accident. Patient beware!

United States | 03 October 2024The appointment was at a convenience time that fit my schedule well and Christopher Banks was engaging and thoughtful.

United States | 03 October 2024Billing $80 for a preventive care visit when asked that they send bills and no longer do automatic deduction from the bank account. They’re still doing automatic deduction now for visits that don’t exist. Dr. refuses to send prior authorization form for durable medical equipment that he needed no way to contact them by phone. What a wonderful caring practice.

United States | 02 October 2024At one time it was so convenient and very easy to star a chat with support. It has been a little less than 2 years that I had a need to use CM. In that time it has become so very difficult and frustrating to initiate a chat thread and when you finally do they only offer specific topics to select to field your particular needs or concerns. The 4-6 preselected issues rarely address the reason I am contacting them. You end up getting funneled down a rabbit whole in which you have to choose options that don't address your needs but were as close as possible. There are so many different individuals fielding the chats that no one reads your privious concerns so you end up having to go through the entire story again. It is almost 2 months and I STILL do not have my perscription! It has become so irritating that I will start reaching our to my Primary care Dr.
