I was told that I would be able to get my prescription filled online. Instead I paid, and received nothing except telling me that I had to go to an in-person appointment or I could not get my Rx filled.

My appointment with Candace Richards was an awful waste of time. I made an appointment looking for help with my thyroid based on several symptoms I was having that indicated reverse T3 issues. The provider was too uninformed to even test my reverse T3 levels, much less put any effort into getting me real help. The whole experience was pathetic. She came back with no treatment plan to help me, just regurgitated empty lifestyle advice which echoed all of the things I said I already tried. drinking more water and eating kale and getting 8 hours of sleep a night is not going to fix anyone's thyroid issues. She also had the nerve to ask me to follow up in a month. I promptly cancelled my follow up. What a joke this practice is.

The provider was amazing. Super quick and also helped me majorly after I passed out. I really appreciate her and she made my experience significantly better.

Way too expensive for a virtual visit. I will not use this service again.

Misty Montellano is always caring, quick, concise. She always review issues that I had in the past to make sure everything is going well. She always attentive to new questions that I have. She explains everything in my terms, slowly and concisely and makes sure that I understand everything. Honestly, she is the best that I have ever had. I am very thankful for Misty and Circle Medicine.

The NP, Ashley, told me that I can't be seen until I have a psychiatric evaluation for bipolar disorder. I explained that I have a background in mental health, own a DSM-5 and I did not have this. I got a 2nd opinion from another NP who said I still needed a psych evaluation and no one can treat me. Later, I got a psych evaluation and, guess what? No bipolar disorder was found. I will not return to Circle Medical.

The consultant never called my prescription in. I’ll be trying another primary.

I made an appointment for a adhd diagnosis, doctor was on her lunch break and eating while in the video call. Asked for examples of why I think I might have adhd and she actually laughed and told me there is no way I have it… I’ll be going to an actual doctor on sight to get a second opinion. Entire call appointment took 10 minutes and charged me $200 for her lunch break… don’t recommend as to me it looked completely unprofessional and borderline scammy

My provider was great.

Dr. Leggett-Johnson is very knowledgeable, detailed, thorough and has excellent bedside manners. She listens to your concerns, solicits your feedback and guides you to obtain the best medical care. The team is very efficient with responses and follow-ups.

My doctor has good advice to improve my health

My provider Dr. Novotney is amazing, she was very helpful and courteous and non-judgmental. She addressed all of my concerns and listened to my input. She has over-all made this a pleasant experience.

Doctor is great, had some issues with Pharmacies and I needed a letter for work. Super timely taking care of issues.
