United States | 25 September 2024App is Bad I really liked my Dr, she was super professional and friendly. However, the app sucks, it wouldn't let me choose my pharmacy. I had to log into their web portal on my computer to change it, but they doesn't let you take the calls on the web portal which is my preferred way because I find sometimes my phone disconnects from the internet where my computer does not. It also doesn't show you your labs on the online portal either. For these reasons I cannot recommend.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2024After a consultation I was informed an appointment for treatment would begin in August 2024. No contact from them. I contacted them today 24/09/2024 and informed I'm on the waiting list, however they don't have a waiting list time frame. I was told three times that Circle aren't a private company and that they are the NHS. They lie, are not patient friendly and are taking tax payers money and not carrying out the service they are paid for. I still await after months and months for treatment and answers. On their website they say 98% of patients would recommend their service. After reading the reviews here that clearly isn't the case

I received a cancelation notice an hour after the appointment time, after waiting for that full hour in the waiting room. I received text alerts 5 times before the appointment to make sure I was ready, but apparently the doctor doesn't get those same alerts. If you need help, go elsewhere.

And then SO many notifications to be on the call even though I was already on the call. The app and the website are different and hard to find what I'm looking for or sometimes I receive a notification and can't find the message. The actual appointment with the provider was fine. The app/website and constant notifications can use some work.

United States | 19 September 2024The appointment visit was pleasant, very nice Doctor however my card was charged for the out of pocket price vs running my insurance that I made sure to have on file before the call. A script was sent in for me however I was able to check my pharmacy coverage via app before he wrote the script and told him it was not covered and would be too costly. He still sent script in and pharmacy said they have not been able to contact Dr for prior authorization or to change rx. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the charges to my card for months and still no meds. I would not recommend to anyone with insurance. I’d suggest to just go to a local urgent care or try to see your pcp and save yourself the frustration
