I was unsure about using telehealth, expected to be seen by someone pushing sales and in a rush to get to the next appointment. What I found was one of the most down to earth, easy to talk to, present, and engaged doctors I've ever had the pleasure to speaking with. I'm now using them as my primary care.

First time with circle so wasn’t sure what to expect but Matt quickly won me over and showed me how this works and I felt comfortable with the format. He made me feel listened to and cared for …. Thank you

I love being able to do my appointments over the phone. Sometimes I just don’t feel like getting ready and going to the doctor.

The office staff were friendly and professional. I had almost no wait time when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Garvey was understanding, made me feel comfortable, and he addressed all of my concerns. I would recommend.

Great and very helpful getting an early appointment before 8 am

Awful doctors. They hang up on you and block your account for no reason.

App is Bad I really liked my Dr, she was super professional and friendly. However, the app sucks, it wouldn't let me choose my pharmacy. I had to log into their web portal on my computer to change it, but they doesn't let you take the calls on the web portal which is my preferred way because I find sometimes my phone disconnects from the internet where my computer does not. It also doesn't show you your labs on the online portal either. For these reasons I cannot recommend.

I am confused why I need two appointments

After a consultation I was informed an appointment for treatment would begin in August 2024. No contact from them. I contacted them today 24/09/2024 and informed I'm on the waiting list, however they don't have a waiting list time frame. I was told three times that Circle aren't a private company and that they are the NHS. They lie, are not patient friendly and are taking tax payers money and not carrying out the service they are paid for. I still await after months and months for treatment and answers. On their website they say 98% of patients would recommend their service. After reading the reviews here that clearly isn't the case

As new immigrant in the US I need to establish to have a Doctor to attend my needs about my health.In Circle Medical I found Dr Shanon Davis by virtual consultation Thank You Circle Medical for easy appointment and I was available to talk to the doctor regarding my condition and make easy for busy people like me.

The doctor was a no-show for initial appointment. I received a cancelation notice an hour after the appointment time, after waiting for that full hour in the waiting room. I received text alerts 5 times before the appointment to make sure I was ready, but apparently the doctor doesn't get those same alerts. If you need help, go elsewhere.

This was a very easy process and I enjoyed the promptness and concern received. I would def recommend using this service provider .

Dr. Hightower was very nice and very professional. She asked many questions to get to the best diagnosis possible without physically seeing me. Over all great experience and great doctor.

Flexible appointments. Providers available all times of the day. Virtual, comfortable.

I got SO many notifications to fill out info even after already filling it out. And then SO many notifications to be on the call even though I was already on the call. The app and the website are different and hard to find what I'm looking for or sometimes I receive a notification and can't find the message. The actual appointment with the provider was fine. The app/website and constant notifications can use some work.

The appointment visit was pleasant, very nice Doctor however my card was charged for the out of pocket price vs running my insurance that I made sure to have on file before the call. A script was sent in for me however I was able to check my pharmacy coverage via app before he wrote the script and told him it was not covered and would be too costly. He still sent script in and pharmacy said they have not been able to contact Dr for prior authorization or to change rx. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the charges to my card for months and still no meds. I would not recommend to anyone with insurance. I’d suggest to just go to a local urgent care or try to see your pcp and save yourself the frustration
