Dr. Keosha Townsend is amazing. She's patient with me and answers all of my questions (even when they are probably silly.) Her advice has gone from what I went there for to changing a ton of other aspects of my Healthcare. She goes above and beyond. Circle medical has made life a lot easier for me as a busy professional. I literally had my visit while waiting on line to pick my daughters up from school. Highly recommend.

This was an absolute waste of money and time. While the website said that the Dr would be able to provide a diagnosis, the Dr I spoke to said she was unable to and couldn't help me further other than suggesting I speak to a psychiatrist. I would have done this in the first place had Circle Medical made it clear what they could and could not provide. Also, $150 for a 15 minute session with a dismissive Dr who really had zero interest in discussing my medical needs.

Overall, I had an extremely pleasant experience with Circle Medical. I was able to get an appointment same-day, on a Sunday! My provider was terrific! The app is easy to use and understand. The only issue I have is with verifying my insurance.

This company will absolutely gouge you for money if you are a self pay client. Their advertisement lists the initial intake at $179. This is false and misleading. Here's what actually is / has happened: I signed up and was assigned a provider. He was very nice and I had no issues with him, however the whole appointment was nothing more than him reading 1/2 of a survey Circle Med. already had me fill out online. He then informed me that I had to have a second appointment before he could prescribe any meds. The next appointment consisted of him reading the second half of the original survey I had already filled out. There is absolutely no reason that survey had to be broken up into 2 appointment other than they got to charge me another $100. Next, he told me that I had to have an Annual Wellness Exam within the past year. No problem, I had just had one with complete and extensive lab tests: CBC with Differential, Hormone Panel, Thyroid function, Liver Panel, in addition to cardiac calcium imaging. This was all preventative, I had no complaints when I saw my doctor for these test and have no medical issues. Upon sending all of my lab and imaging reports, Circle Med. stated that because it doesn't say"Annual Wellness Exam" on the reports, I have to have one done through them, incurring yet another fee. In addition, 2 weeks after I get the meds I have to have a check in appointment, then another 2 weeks after that. So I'll be $479 into this without even any meds yet, then within 1 month another $200 and that's not even including the cost of the prescription. I work in healthcare and I'm not sure their deceptive advertising is even legal, but I'm going to find out and take the appropriate action if they are breaking any laws around deceptive advertising.

I had my first appointment two days ago. I was told I would receive a form to fill out after the visit (perhaps it would arrive 7 pm that night). I have not heard anything from my provider 48 hours later. No inbox messages, no emails, nothing. I’m worried this was a scam :(

Dr Perez was more thorough with me than any in person doctors appointment I’ve been to since childhood. I appreciate the time he took to go over everything and provide such amazing care.

On 10/28/2024 I was going through a tough time mentally so out of desperation I found Circle Medical through a Google search. 4.8 ratings so trusted it. It took me about 40 min but I submitted my personal info, credit card and driver’s license. I scheduled an appointment for 2:50 MST. Again, I was desperate so when the doctor didn’t show at 2:50 I stayed on. I stayed on for 47 minutes after my appointment before I got a message from Circle Medical saying they cancelled my appointment. Their AI bots are so annoying and extremely unhelpful when you need actual help. So Circle Medical wasted my time, my energy, and my effort. If I as a patient miss an appointment, I am charged $50. Will I be compensated for my lost time and effort? When you’re in the medical field you should treat people with compassion and dignity. Circle Medical is the OPPOSITE of compassion and dignity!

All medical appointments should be this easy. I was lucky to have found a great doctor online and the ability to meet with her by video has been life changing. I don't have to wait months to get an appointment, and I can meet her from the comfort of my own home without having to drive and wait in an office. She sends me to labs for testing, assesses the reports, and provides care as needed. For once, I feel like I have a doctor who can holistically manage my health. This review is missing one star because most everything needed to take place on the app. It looks like there have been some changes on the website since, but previously when I was facing a login issue on the app before an appointment time, it took a while to get out of a login error loop with the app and website.

I heard about Circle Medical on social media, hoping I could get a prescription for Vyvanse that I was prescribed in Oregon. It had helped immensely with my ADHD, and I didn't want to wait until the 31st of October for my new primary doctor. The reviews were terrible; one said they were scams, so I didn't expect much. My consultation with Anisa changed that. She was present with me, and I felt heard. Because of the guidelines, she wasn't able to help me and didn't charge me. I was compelled to leave a review so others know they are not a scam; they do care. I understand that online medical prescribing has its challenges. But I feel they did their best, and that's all one can hope for. I would use them again for other issues.

Was recommended to me through Zocdoc after searching with my insurance provider. I went in for a primary care appointment which went well. The PA was nice and thorough, however the front desk never asked for insurance information, and since I hadn't supplied mine on the app before time I was immediately billed $200 for a basic check up. Additionally, due to their app based insurance verification I haven't been able to upload my health insurance, even thought it rents Aetna for out of state coverage. Don't get swayed by the shiny appearances of their website and apps - if this company can't do its basic administrative work of collecting and billing insurance, it's very clear they don't care about you as a patient.

Charles Wolfe is Awful!!! Please please please choose a different doctor. There are awesome doctors out there, this guy isn’t one of them. I signed up for circle medical and got paired with this guy, $700 later I still did not have my medication. He will make you sign up for an appointment and pay $120 at a time to ask him ANY question at all. This is kind of person who’s mommy never told him that he was wrong and thinks the world owes him. He is not a doctor for the reasons that someone should be a doctor, he ONLY wants your money and will act like a child if he doesn’t get it. He also denied my request to simply switch pharmacy’s 3 minutes down the road without paying $120 for an appointment. I wasn’t able to get my medication for a month because it was on back order, I called and called pharmacy’s each week and finally found a pharmacy that had it. He denied the request to switch pharmacies without an appointment. I have never seen a doctor do that before.

Avoid for your own sanity. CM messed up my scripts and it takes multiple interactions with support chat to get anything done. My issue is still unresolved and I will not use CM anymore.

I had labs drawn with Labcorp. The turn-around-time for these tests was advertised as 1 day on the Labcorp website. The care team a circle insisted that it would take 7-10 days and would not call Labcorp to inquire about the results. Labcorp will not let patients talk with anyone. I work in the lab and lab results do not take this long to come back. No help at all!
