Adam was fantastic. He took the time to get to know me, helped me prioritize my issues, and otherwise got us off to a great start.

Helpful and understanding

The Drs and staff are so nice help you to their fullest and you have a messaging portal that you can message your Dr at any time for anything. This is awesome virtual care.

Great first experience. Adam was on time, very caring, asked insightful questions and was totally transparent about what he could and couldn’t prescribe and/or treat in a virtual environment. I did take the time to look up reviews for several of their medical personnel prior to making an appointment (I selected Adam based on those reviews) and I would recommend that anyone looking for a new physician do the same. If you’re using the service just for a one off or backup appointment, I think any of the staff would be fine. I was looking for a long term primary care physician, so I did some research ahead of time. My copay was extremely reasonable but obviously that will depend on individual insurance plans. I’ve used a few virtual medical services and this was the smoothest experience to date. Highly recommended.

The provider I meet made the whole experience great and the sign up was fairly easy as well.

Circle Medical does not take my insurance so I have to pay cash. Each 10 minute appointment is 179 dollars. Had I known I would need 3-4 appointments before getting any type of help, I would not have bothered. Their purpose is to get as much money out of you as possible. I have never gone to a doctor and been told you need 3 more appointments before anything can be done. I have medical records which show my diagnosis which they have access to. Furthermore, i felt the PA was reading from a script and kept losing her place. I was asked same stressful questions repeatedly. I am embarrassed for divulging my innermost thoughts to a stranger who made me feel my only worth was how much money i could be taken for. If you are cash strapped and in need of medical help, please look elsewhere. This has been a complete waste of time and money. These type of "professionals" are the reason why people avoid seeking medical care.

I have been trying to contact regarding my husbands account. I paid almost a $300 balance yesterday and he still cannot schedule his appointments and his portal still shows a balance! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
