I followed my primary care doctor to this facility. The website says they accept my insurance. My primary doctor is in network- but this facility bills under a different doctors name who is not in my network. I found out after my 4th appointment and nearly $3,000 owed. The phone number is a looped recording and I went to the location and was told there is nobody from Circle Medical working in the office- they do random appointments there. No office staff. I used the chat- 3 days later the chat responded with we always bill under Dr Tsang. Now I'm filing a complaint with the Office for Consumer Health Assistance! In reading these reviews- I see this has happened to other patients.

Just about a scam. Paid $150 for a 10 minute appointment and 2 minute ADHD "evaluation", which I wasn't aware I would have to complete and where I was asked questions about my childhood diagnosis 35 + years ago. I felt like a number and it felt like a money grab. Dr. Pooja couldn't have cared less. When I brought the attention to Customer support they preteneded like they were going to do something but in the end they offered me another appointment for another $100, instead of fixing the problem. This is the reason people don't trust or go to doctors. DO NOT USE!! SCAM, NOT TRANSPARENT, NOT EMPATHETIC

I was supposed to receive an at home sleep test after my initial appointment, I received an email communicating that prior approval was needed before a at home sleep test can be shipped. Never heard back from Circle after that. I called my insurance company and they have no record of anyone from Circle contacting them. Also, when I inquired about an at home sleep test they told me prior authorization was not required. I just called the Circle support line, after holding for 30 minutes I was told to leave a message and they will get back to me. Based on my experience with Circle, I am not holding my breath!

My doctor was very kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. I definitely felt reassured and peace of mind after talking with her. This app was very easy to use and I love that I was able to see a doctor on a weekend/ at my convenience rather than wait longer than I already have worrying about symptoms I’ve been having. Definitely recommend!!

Dr. Seidman was very kind. She seemed altruistic. She has a good heart. Made me feel very comfortable speaking with her. Thank you.

Convenient, professional, and complete. I have attempted to use several other virtual healthcare provider companies for primary care/urgent care services with very poor customer service, poor technology and failure to coordinate care. Hands down, my visit with Circle Med was excellent and included a complete visit, several new prescriptions and X-ray coordination. My practitioner listened intently, showed empathy and concern, knowledge and professionalism.

I’d encourage you to check out another provider just based on their customer service alone. I was asked by my provider to get a blood test and she had forgotten to submit the test. I went to the labs and they told me nothing was faxed over so I went back to Circle but the doctor had left (this is in a 3 week time period). Because of that I was told I’d need to schedule another appointment but they would not compensate it because the doctor hadn’t included it in her notes.

Not sure how to go about sharing this. I've been working with an excellent prescriber for a couple years now. The latest session, the prescriber tells me to take a third medicine (which I'm ok with), but.... never prescribes it. There is NO method to reach out directly to the prescriber, outside of going through the gauntlet... i finally reach the right department and they say I'll get a response in 3-5 days... it's been over a week now. So.... I guess I'm not taking that third medicine and that was a waste of a prescriber visit.

They charged me $50 for an unnecessary consultation. The doctor listened for about 2 minutes before she told me I did not “qualify” for their services because my case was too complicated. I wrote both founders an email demanding a refund and instead of a refund I received a nasty letter from a provider stating that I “no longer qualified for their services” and they were “terminating” my alleged relationship with the company. At the time I was too sick to pursue legal action but not anymore. Under California law, these are unfair business practices and punishable by fines. Federal law would probably apply as well since they’re doing business nationwide. Exploiting people who are already suffering is disgusting and this company needs to be stopped. They clearly do not care about doing the right thing, even with $50. How greedy!

My provider Monica was professional, caring and took her time with me. I am an administrator at an urgent care facility and would hope my providers are as wonderful as Monica!

The first appt was under 15 minutes. The doctor was good. I booked my second appointment and then misplaced my password for the app. There was no way to recover it- tried messaging, reset password and calling. Therefore, had to cancel my next session because I couldn’t login to the app. I am really disappointed in the service as a health professional myself. I will not be recommending this to my clients.

I was in the middle of my medical apt with the medical doctor. I needed refills for my asthma medication. The video call dropped. I tried to rejoin and I could not. I immediately tried to message the customer service at Circle. Nothing. Nada. They ignored me. Stay away from Circle and their providers.

This seems to be a fraudulent company. I signed up, gave them my insurance details, they confirmed that it was accepted and that I would only have to pay a copay, and then they charged me for the full payment. If you want to lose money and be scammed, use this company.

TOTAL. SCAMMM So, I was charged $112.00 for a visited that lasted for 5 mins. This company charged $25 for a Co-pay, but they were out of my insurance network and charged me an out of pocket fee of $112.00. They took it out of my account without authorization call to get my money back to no avail.
