But the greatness stops there. 1) A question I asked yesterday inside the app still hasn't received a human response. 2) I can't do much on circlemedical.com web app, you have to download an app to get stuff done, even if you prefer working on a laptop. 3) When I looked through app and site to figure out how to cancel service there was nothing obvious anywhere. :( 4) At time of appointment the app doesn't autorefresh to show join link. I had to kill the app and restart it to display the join meeting button.

Circle Medical App is easy to use, access lab results, book appointments, pay invoices, etc. Thorough checkup for an annual exam. PA answered all of my medical concerns. I will definitely come back for another visit!

United States | 11 July 2024Horrible customer support and billing department. They show you physicians that are in-network on zocdoc then submit the claim under someone else through your insurance. Charged me 10x what I usually pay bc they are out of network.

United States | 10 July 2024First and foremost: I absolutely loved Malorie Bartlett, FNP-C. She surpassed my expectations and I would definitely lke to have long term support from her. She appears to be knowledgeable, attentive, easy and pleasant to communicate with and he made the appointment worthwhile. She outlined the next steps and suggested the most efficient ways of following the plan. The scheduling (via Zocdoc) and communication was good too. The bad part is the app: I installed it on my iPad and on Goggle phone. I wasn't able to use the iPad (or my PC) since the link was sent to my mobile phone only. The phone screen is small, and my eyesight is not perfect. Now, I opened the Circle Medical app chat on my iPad and sent a message after the appointment. I am still waiting for this message to be picked up after 40 minutes of wait. Very frustrating! I doubt it'll be picked up at all: there is no idea of the expected wait time shown on the chat.

United States | 09 July 2024I was really happy to get to talk with Kellie today. She brought some great new ideas to the table and things were a really great back and forth conversation. She was so easy to talk to and I felt understood. I’m hoping I can continue to see her because she’s a freaking rockstar. The text reminders were a great help and the app was super easy to use as well. The only hiccup I had was trying to upload my insurance cards initially through the web browser. I had to download the app to add the photos and even then it made me take the photos instead of allowing me to upload them from my phone. Other than that, things were great.

I was going to just see my primary from Circle but she wasn’t available until later and I needed my meds refilled. So I booked an appointment with another doctor and she was terrific. She refilled my meds ordered my labs and ask all the pertinent questions, and answered my questions. I love that I don’t have to leave my house to see a doctor and to be honest the two doctors on Circle have been better to me than my last doctor that I had to drive to and be on his schedule. Now I can book my appointments online and in my own time. Thank You doctors for being so terrific.

United States | 08 July 2024Overcharged, pharmacy didn't get prescription hours later, and there was no answer by messages or any way to get ahold of someone in real time to fix the issue. The consultation itself was fine, and the service they offered was very helpful. Based off of my overall experience with the service and business though, I personally, am never using this service again.
