Here is an honest review. I was seeing one doctor that would not see me because I was taking Suboxone. Their customer service emailed me and I told them what the previous doctor had said. I provided them a letter from my Suboxone doctor and she said great can I set you another appointment with a different doctor. So I set another appointment. I see the new doctor and she says it's company policy not to prescribe ADHD medication if your taking Suboxone. I told her I have a letter. She didn't care. Then tried to charge me for the visit. What?! Do use this company it's a scam to get money out of you.

My FNP-C has been fantastic at listening and providing information. The appointments have been convenient, and the prices are affordable given that I don't have health insurance. So far I'm a fan.

My physician is greawt. I found my physician on ZocDoc, using a filter that indicated that my physician was in my healthplan. However, my physician was NOT in my healthplan. That is ZocDoc's fault. Then I had to uploade my information including health insurance information (including photos of my insurance card) into the Circle Medical app. This was cumbersome. I had to upload my information twice for some unknown rason. Teh app on my mac laptop is the size of an iPhone screen, which is difficult to read. This system is clearly only set up for a smart phone. Then 10 minutes before my virtual appointment, I receive a message that myphsycian is not in my healthplan. Well, by that time there is a $50 fee for canceling. The visit cost me $100. So I went ahead and had my virtual appointment. After my virtual visit, fiding my receipt on the Circle Medical app was another adventure in frustration. Needless to say, I will have to select another physician in my healthplan, and I will ensure that this physician does not use Circle Medical and their terrible app. Again, I want to emphasize that the best part of the process was my physician who was very helpful and kind.

My insurance was scanned and I was placed with a doctor that supposedly took my insurance. After the appointment I was charged $100. No one is able to help me on the chat or phone. Don’t book anything through Circle! Total scam.

Dr. Osinusi was very helpful, patient, and informative. She asked lots of questions and let me give a full explanation of what I have been experiencing. She explained the process and next steps clearly.

You get to read a bio of each doctor so you can get the best fit for you. Then, the appointment went so well! I was so nervous and she put me completely at ease. 110% would recommend!!
