Very disappointed. I had a great virtual appointment with Dr. Dominno Fogle earlier today because I've been uncomfortably sick for days now. She told me she would send a prescription over to help immediately, but to my surprise she never sent it. And now I've been struggling to get a hold of someone from Circle Medical to assist. It doesn't seem like there's any easy way about helping me. They use a message center. But I've been "in queue" for a long time now, and I'm losing my patience. I chose this virtual call because I'm too sick to leave to house, yet this is experience is making me regret my decision. This close me over $100 for this visit too. So it's not cheap. I hope they fix their help center experience.

My prescriptions were never sent. I cannot get in contact with anyone to send them, and now I have been off my medications for almost a week. I am in a medical crisis as a result of using this service.

Had an excellent experience with my doctor. Quick and easy to set an appointment, see insurance copay, and process documents. Had a very productive and long appointment with my doctor and look forward to speaking with him further.

At first I was a little unsure about how the video process would work. I haven’t used telmedicine before. Joining the call was flawless, sound and video were excellent. The provider was easy to talk to, listened closely to what I was saying, and made sure I understood what we were going to work on. I really appreciated the summary of the visit and the reminder of the what I need to do before the next visit .

Now This is what healthcare should be like. Easy to register. Easy to pay. Easy to book an appointment. Extremely knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. Zero drama about issuing a basic prescription. Pharmacies are still suuuuper slooooow! Looking forward to some automation there.

Lauren was kind, thorough and efficient. The clinic was easy for me to find, and I advise future patients to use the Beverly Hills Civic Center parking structure for two hours of free parking. I will definitely return to this location and provider.

Sent providers half a dozen messages over the app trying to get answers to basic questions. No responses to phone calls/voicemails. Awful

Lovely man, he had questions about my general behavior and mood. We explored my hyperactivity and my happiness levels in the grand scheme of things. Corey is really straightforward and easy to understand and takes his time with any questions you may have too. It was like talking to a friend in a clinical setting and made me comfortable with being introspective. Looking forward to my next steps.

Navigation of the website and app is not as helpful as I'd like it to be. I was sent a link to confirm approval for the medical device being sent to me, but the link doesn't work and there seems to be no way to inform anyone about this.
