I had an initial intake appointment for ADHD. Logging in and using the app for the appointment was intuitive and simple. My provider was courteous, a wonderful listener, and clear about how the process works. I feel good about the plan we have moving forward to gather more information and make an informed assessment.

My medical provider has canceled my last three scheduled appointments for ADHD treatment. During my most recent appointment, I discussed with the doctor a regimen change, but it was not properly documented or prescribed. It seems that with the recent change in Florida regulations, requiring providers to be doctors rather than nurse practitioners, the platform was not adequately prepared. Providers are overbooked, appointments are not being kept, and the quality of care has diminished significantly, making it anything but productive.

Really liked my doctor. It took hrs to book my appt and now I don’t know if my labs have been called in or not.

Hi, my experience with NP Rachel was very productive. I had acquired complex medical records in a very short time. So working with a medical professional as NP Rachel one can feel assured your in excellent care. Records are important.

Really a safe space for everyone!! During my whole visit I felt welcomed and heard!

My daughter phoned in for her first virtual call Jan 2024 in hopes of finding mental health care. Dr. MERRA SHUKLA did not have the courtesy to turn on her camera, as my daughter was sharing her history of anxiety and depression. Even when my daughter was in tears, Dr. SHUKLA left her camera off. The telehealth visit left her upset and embarrassed. The phone call was under 20 min and we were charged over $250 (before insurance cap). I do NOT recommend Dr Shukla or Circle Medical at this point.

Im sure the doctors are fine and qualified but god forbid you need to contact anyone for support there I'm on 18h with no response with the issue being my pharmacy never received a prescription. PLEASE AVOID USING CIRCLE MEDICAL

It was wonderful to be able to get in to meet with a provider right away instead of having to wait weeks for a solution to some issues I am having. Very professional and thorough with assessment.

Book the appointment is really easy. The cutsomer service department is very helpful. My provider, Franchesca Ali, is very helpful, professional and kind. She is a good listener and helps me to manage my health issues.

Nurse Practitioner Crain was so helpful and understanding. She's extremely personable and down to earth. She treated me like a real person and not just a number. For this very reason I will be using Circle Medical from now on. The app is very easy to use, very user friendly.

Rude doctors, large copay, don't take a lot of insurance, and extreme late charge costs, plus it seems they increase your copay if you miss an appointment.

The dr was good but I never thought it would be $100 copay per visit!!! No thanks

Adrian was personable and professional. I felt heard and seen. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy as was the insurance approval process. It was all so convenient and smooth. It was nice to have health care so accessible.
