Horrible no contact information to follow up about medication’s

My provider is great but when a PA is needed they have a team of people who apparently are over worked and receiving so many PA's that they can't get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. I was prescribed medication over a week ago that required a PA and they still have not completed it. Their excuse? 'Were receiving a high volume of requests" that's not an excuse. Work more efficiently you are delaying unnecessarily patient care.

Terrible. Do not waste your time or money. I made a mistake in going through this process. I would give it zero stars if this was possible. Awful!!!!

The doctor was so nice and listened and explained everything really well. He was very patient and kind.

My father had an appointment for 12/23/2023. He had Covid and needed a prescription for Paxlovid. The doctor spoke to him very briefly and said she would send the prescription to the pharmacy. She never sent it so I spent the next three days trying to get the prescription and when they finally sent it on 12/26, it was of no use. I understand it was the holidays, but the doctor could have easily sent it on the 23rd as she said she would. When we were hit with a $100 bill after insurance, I reached out to Circle Medical as my dad did not get what he needed from the appointment and was met with “your previous appointment included a full discussion of your medical state and plan moving forward, it is a full and billable encounter” and “your provider sent your script within the time-frame our internal guidelines require.” A full discussion? A couple minutes is a full discussion? And I guess if you need a prescription in a timely fashion, as most prescriptions require, go literally anywhere else. Also, there’s no phone number to reach them because they know they’re scammers and it’s easier to placate people via text.

Working with Circle Medical was seemless. I easily entered my insurance info. The correct co-pay was calculated. I paid and had numerous time slots and practioners to choose from. The physician I saw was fabulous - will definitely use them again.
