I easily submitted my insurance and personal information before the appointment. I received many reminders about the appointment and was able to connect on the call quickly. My new doctor was so helpful and I really felt heard and not rushed. Looking forward to working with her and Circle Medical again soon.

United States | 11 January 2024I am blown away by how efficient this entire process was. I was having some issues sleeping a friend recommended Circle Medical for an Insomnia eval. I was able to get a same day appointment with a nurse practitioner who was INCREDIBLE. She was understanding and so knowledgeable. I left the appointment with a potential solution and follow up appointment.

The provider I saw (Christine DeLuca, FNP-C) was very knowledgeable and professional. My medication and post-visit summary were ready within hours of the visit. I highly recommend Circle Medicine.

United States | 08 January 2024in general the appointment was good enough, however i was really rushed so I did not get the chance to fully describe my symptoms my doctor diagnosed my ADHD as mild when its been an all-defining force in my life and that under-diagnosis harms my ability to use that diagnosis for accurate accommodations at university

United States | 07 January 2024They appear to be a scam. It says on their webpage that they accept my insurance, that's why I scheduled the appointment. But when I tried to enter my insurance on the app, the app said 'sorry we don't accept your insurance'. Since it was at the last moment, I had the first appointment which lasted like 20 minutes. They charged my credit card $140. Later I got an explanation of benefits from Aetna, and guess what, they'd also charged Aetna insurance 270. So they were double-paid. Then, they charged my credit card another 100 dollars on top of it, for the second appointment that didn't happen because I decided to find a doctor that accepts my insurance since they were lying that they didn't accept it while being paid by it. I assume they'll charge my insurance for that, as well. I sent them an email about this but they're keeping quiet. There's no other way to contact them about this. Now I have to go through the insurance and my credit card to try to get some of my money back. So 500 dollars after, I'm frantically looking for a doctor that'll actually try to help me instead of taking advantage of my situation.

I am a busy mom of two young children, working graveyard shift as a an RN in the ER so virtual works great for me. My first appointment was my yearly screening, this was fast and easy. My provider is amazing! I felt very comfortable with her. She is thorough and efficient. Totally 💯 recommend!!
