The whole experience was excellent! I got to see a doctor in less than 24 hours and got the medication that I very much needed! 10/10

When I was talking about my problems I need advice that's why I was talking to this therapist. I didn't need her to tell I need to see another therapist, and then she charges me 100. She was supposed to sign me up for medication, but never did.

The doctor I had a pleasure of meeting on medical circle was very kind and took into consideration how I was feeling. I like that he wants me to have a physical done instead of just prescribing something like other zoom doctors do. I would highly recommend this company for your medical needs.

Had a appointment at 920am this morning was prescribed 2 prescriptions and here it is 7:10pm still no meds tried 2 different pharmacies still no meds Circle Medical is blaming the Pharmacies but they only send prescriptions via electronic and they won’t call the prescriptions in if they would call the prescription in. I would probably have my pills earlier this is the 1st time and last time I use this service I will go to Prompt care tomorrow i would never recommend this place I should of known if there’s no phone number to talk to someone only online chat that should of been a red flag went to Urgent care next morning and was in and out within one hour with meds

Three consecutive missed appointments by a nurse. They are disorganized and convey different requirements for submitting documents. You fulfill one request and someone else says you should have obtained something different. Then when I followed up on secure chat asking why my provider failed to login to a meeting, I have had 3 different "advocates" give three different excuses! This all after receiving multiple texts from Circle that if I missed my appointment I would still be charged their full fee. Don't waste your time here.

The service provided today was top notch and very affirming. It was easy for me to be open and transparent with my doctor in hopes of us working together to figure out what’s been going on with me medically and emotionally.

I’m literally getting gaslit by my doctor. She restricted my medication, implied it was a Circle policy, and then refused to say it outright. It’s wildly against a doctors responsibility, and there’s nowhere in Circle for me to even report this doctor.

After evaluating the services provided by Circle Medical, it is my opinion that the organization strives to support individuals in need of medical care. However, I have encountered difficulties in scheduling appointments online due to malfunctions in the app. While I acknowledge that technical issues can arise, the practice of charging a $50.00 deposit for a missed appointment due to issues with the app is unethical and reflects poorly on the business. This demonstrates a lack of consideration for potential patients. Regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction with Circle Medical's medical services and advise others to avoid utilizing them, IE

Doc was a great listener and gave me good advice. She spent time with me and made sure I was okay before we ended the call.

Incompetent staff, app designed to delay response times, no real humans to talk to over the phone. I have been waiting over a week now for a prescription for a CPAP device to help me not die in my sleep, and Circle Medical has refused to provide me a copy of the prescription, sent an "interpretation of the prescription" to the DME provider instead of the prescription itself, and sent prescription documentation over to the DME provider that was missing key fields needed to process the CPAP device through insurance. Their reps have blatantly lied to me over chat, which I caught them in because the DME provider directly refuted their claims. Their "Customer Relations" team promised to call me and then didn't. They provide only platitudes and no actual medical care. Their delays in getting this information over to the DME provider is actively harming my health. During my apneatic events, my heart rate spikes to over 160 bpm; I'm unable to function during my work day. I had to go to the emergency room for apnea-related palpitations. They continue to drag their feet. There is zero continuity in reps you talk to; they take ages to respond to your messages. As part of their apology, they thanked me for allowing them to fail with me and to improve the patient experience for patients that come after me. You're a professional service billing my insurance and taking my money. I am not a testground for you to get your ducks in a row.

Terrible. They charge you for nothing then give you the complete run around. I had an intake appointment, after which the provider sent me a message saying I had to see someone else in person at any other practice bc telehealth isn't suitable for mental health therapy. A few hours later the provider sent me a medical release form to sign so she could request ADHD records from my old provider. This was hours after saying she could not treat me for my ADHD. And I was never able to reach her personally again to make sense of what was going on. When I asked if I was still going to be charged, the session was deemed unbillable by someone else on the team, but then a refund was refused at the end of the day by a whole other person I was transferred to. I have screenshots of being told it was an unbillable session as well as another conversation saying the providers aren't trained to provide mental health care. Complete scam in my opinion. Stay far away unless you want your time and money wasted and to feel worse off at the end of the day because the telehealth providers refuse you help and then tell you to call the back of your insurance card to find someone else and charge you $155 for a "consult." I'll also be contacting the BBB.

I’ve always been the type to stay away from doctors, medications and help all together! However, the older I’m getting the harder it’s getting to work, get through my daily tasks and just being able to enjoy life in the present. I came across Circle Medical but was extremely skeptical. How can a doctor virtually help me right? Wrong! Circle Medical is the reason I am on my journey to better health and a better life! I am sooooooo thankful that I found Circle Medical and my PCP, Ashley Unaegbu, is truly amazing. Give it a try and I promise you won’t regret it!
