Dr. Anthony Miranda was wonderful to meet with. He addressed my concern and helped me get my next steps in order for my acl recovery. I appreciate how organized he was and how he proactively managed my expectations/timelines.

Communication was clear and timely. Appointment booking was easy, I was given reminders, the app is user friendly and everything is in one place. I did not feel rushed, and the doctor made a point to mention that we are not disconnected should I need anything. No answering machines or 2 hour holds. Genuine, authentic respect and care. Thorough and explained options. I really felt my needs were a priority.

The visit in video went right on time there was no waiting.

I would like to share my experience With Circle Medical so far. It has been really good experience for me with Dr, Renee Carlson. She has been great. She listened to my concern and was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I was very neverves because i never had issues concentrating until 2011 after my two surgeries i have started to notice some changes in my concentration levels started to drop but nothing drastic but COVID really made it worse and it got worse in the last year. I decided that i need to get help and tried out Circle Medical and my experience has been great so far. I had three appointments with my Dr. She prescribed medication that made big impact in positive way so far. I did not have any problems filling my prescription like a lot of people here have mentioned. I would definitely recommend Circle Medical for people that are looking for help but no hutsle or waiting for 6 months to see Doctor. thank you!

Horrible experience. First I could make the appointment using my insurance, and they booked. At the moment of my consultation, they told me they could never verify my insurance, so I would be charged the cash price. I didn't received any notices about the verification, and by the time of the consultation I would be charged on $50 in case of cancellation. Super unfair! I am foreigner, student here and they are charging hundred bucks for a video appointment. An absurd!

Scam, said they took my insurance, then didn’t after the appointment I guess. No refund, took 140 from my card? They told me I had to call my insurance, insurance said the overseeing physician was nowhere in my network. Then they sent in MEDICATION after I told them not to. They billed my insurance and won’t give me a refund. ZOCDOC SHOULD NOT ALLOW THESE CIRCLE MEDICAL PROVIDERS ON THEIR PLATFORM!!!

My medical doctor is great! Circle medical makes easier to find a quick appointment and qualified doctors which is incredible! I’m so happy I don’t have to wait months for an appointment. Thank you Circle Medical!

This was my first virtual appt. I was a bit skeptical and didn’t know what to expect.. I booked an appt with Kate dolezal and she was very friendly and listened to my needs and treated me accordingly!! The whole experience exceeded my expectations and will be a return pt as needed..

The provider was nearly 10 minutes late and appeared on the screen, rubbing their eyes as if barely awake. Due to the lack of an intake process on the part of Circle Medical, I did not know a physical was needed to proceed. Therefore, the appointment was a $150 waste of my time.
