United States | 21 December 2023I procrastinated finding a provider for an ADHD assessment for almost a year because it felt so overwhelming. I finally decided to start the process online with Circle Medical and it was so easy and quick. No pages and pages of intake forms, which are an ADHD nightmare. The hardest part was choosing a provider from the many bios available to read, but once I did I had a video appointment scheduled for 2 days later! I had that initial appointment today and the provider was very comfortable to talk to, kind and professional. I’m so glad after waiting too long that I chose Circle, so far it’s extremely compatible with my life and I’m finally starting some overdue self-care.

United States | 20 December 2023Paid a lot for what I already knew and explained. My pains remains and instead of actually looking at option to fix my back I was again offered a chiropractor, only. No real look into my pain at all. And nothing regarding my bent penis. Also I have insurance but am told there’s a problem and nobody has taken care of that issue either

United States | 20 December 2023Circle tried charging me saying my insurance on file isn't active which isn't true, it's active and they've billed my insurance before. They also then tried to cover their butt saying maybe they don't take my insurance and blamed the company Zocdoc they partner with for possibly providing misleading information. A good doctor would've verified my insurance and informed me BEFORE billin. What a terrible experience.

United States | 19 December 2023After years of people saying OH your just stupid or lazy I was able to figure out I have ADHD with the help of Maria Irrera-Newcomb, she has been a lifesaver so far, and had been able to help me so much because now I can finally after many years of failed attempts finish my college degree, she is so caring and willing to listen.

United States | 15 December 2023I was looking for virtual health option for ADD diagnosis. This has been so much more convenient as I don't have to leave work to travel to a location. Blood work and checks are done at local Labcorp. This has saved me so much time and I chose from different PA listed background and personality info to find one I liked. Thanks Circle!!

United States | 14 December 2023It is sad to think about how normal healthcare is run. I had an appointment with a PCP in person 6 months in advance because that was the soonest appointment I could find in the city…. and then it was cancelled. The list goes on so long of the frustration and silliness with just trying to get medical help. So I signed up for Circle Medical, got an appointment within a few days. They do an intake, labs, a “physical” sort of, and then you can talk to them about your situation. My NP listened and was kind. She offered me a non controlled, non SSRI option for depression and ADHD and I have quite literally never been happier or more peaceful in my life. She gave an appropriate (not extreme) and inexpensive solution to try that seemed to be just what I needed. Doctors in offices are in so much of a rush that even when I do get an appointment, sometimes they just rush a prescription and it’s not appropriate for me. Anyways, Circle Medical is real. I don’t have health insurance right now, but oh my god, I have seriously gotten the most life changing and easiest medical care of my life and it costs less than the monthly cost of insurance. This is all to say that some techies had a dream to make accessible medical care and they worked really hard and now there’s someone like me whose life is completely altered because of it. Cheers to that.

United States | 12 December 2023SCAM need to be shut down! My pharmacy/drugstore it was in closed so we had to order my prescription to a new one. When choosing the new pharmacy for my refill I chose one that the previous pharmacist had told me will have the meds in stock. The doctor proceeded to order it to a different one that NEVER gets the medication in. I stopped by multiple times (without medication for 6 days) and today they straight up told me that they never have the medication. wth? why would the Circle Medical provider order it there when I suggested the one we KNEW had it in stock. They were rolling their eyes and I asked if it was a "scam" and one of the pharmacists said "basically". I message with one of the pharmacists at the pharmacy that had closed down on IG and she told me Circle medical does this frequently since you have to pay $100-200 to even get in touch with anyone on the app. Customer service never picks up and the chat team doesn't reply. They're literally scamming people just to collect extra money and pretending they had no clue about certain pharmacies not having meds in stock. Mine is one I need to function and i imagine they are doing this for more serious health conditions too. Tonight I'm waiting to try and fill it at the in stock pharmacy in time for travel tomorrow (have barely been able to function) and the provider isn't joining the call LOL what. Another $100 down the drain. I will have to pay another $100 to get in touch with a provider tonight, hopefully someone picks up. I paid another $100 and the 2nd doctor has still not showed up. so I will have to basically not be able to function, company stole $200 and not have my medication until I can get it together to see a doctor in person. Screw this company!!! I reported to BBB with all the proof! this is completely unacceptable and obviously everyone is aware of it if the provider sees the appointment requests and isn't showing up. The provider who scammed is Madeline Dorestil, FNP-C. My normal provider I won't mention because im assuming Circle Medical is telling them to ignore requests to send to in-stock pharmacies. She has shown care and I dont think it is her intention to straight up steal from her patients.

United States | 08 December 2023The same day is not for controlled medication, for controlled medication they will require labs and they will require a recent well check up appointment with a specific billing code. I paid 100+ dollars for nothing.

United States | 08 December 2023Based on my experience this morning, I cannot recommend this app. I had an appointment with Dr Kyndahl Bertram and waited 20 minutes for her. She blew it off. No message, no update, no communication. I went to their chat and the response time is painfully slow. I spent over an hour texting and waiting. They offered to try to make another appointment with a different provider. My time is every bit as important as Dr Bertram’s and it’s disappointing that physicians like her feel it’s okay to make people sit and wait without any communication.
