Great experience as I am first time using video appointment. Dr. Hillary was very knowledgeable, went over my condition and treatment. She is very kind and helpful and I am highly recommending her.

This company only allows interaction via their app. If you forget your password and cannot login, their password reset system is broken and never sends the email. There is no phone number to call for customer service. All of their website is designed to hide any phone number contact information so I have no way to call or speak to anyone about this issue. In the mean time I cannot make an appointment or get the care I need from Circle Medical because of this. This is horrible and I will be switching from the service because of this terrible customer service level they have and the way they hide any phone number to get help with this issue when THEIR PASSWORD RESET SYSTEM IS BROKEN.

I very much appreciate the doctors and and the convenient access to doctors with Circle, however, the support is extremely frustrating. You can only chat with support and it takes 1-2 days for them to respond to a single message. They do not give an option to email or call, so getting support on something simple takes WEEKS and is incredibly frustrating. I will be moving away from this soon.

No membership fee! One of the few honest providers of online medicine. Had a great appointment, with the doctor asking a lot of questions to think through what I could be having.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Charged me without being a customer, they will not refund me nor call me back! BEWARE! SCAM!!!

They merged an account shortly after I paid for services, and after initial appointment I could no longer log in and access any of my information from previous visit, rendering it useless. Never got a full assessment for this reason. Tried to reach out to company, and no one would assist. 150 bucks spent on nothing.

So easy to join and get an appointment! My Dr. was amazing! Very easy to talk to and very informed. I'm excited to get going!

The doctor I spoke with was clear and concise with her evaluation. She was able to accurately diagnose my problem(s) by asking the right initial questions, and using her experience to formulate follow up questions that assisted in directing me toward the proper treatment plan. She listened with compassion, always professional, and never made me feel uncomfortable. While the doctor I spoke with is without a doubt exceptional, she also utilizes a platform (Circle Medical) built around making it easy to communicate with physicians, provides regular reminders for appointments/follow up, and makes sure your care does not lapse due to distractions and events that often command attention. In short, the interest of the patient was clearly in mind when they built their practice. I would recommend Circle Medical to any and all friends and family. They are a cut above the rest.

The appointments always start on time. NP Bailey is personable, listens to any concerns and is overall great. Billing and payment is simple and such a convenient way to see to my medical needs.
