I was not trusting this type of online medical service but amazingly the doctor for Circle medical solved my skin problem within three days no other family doctor or in person doctor did. I am so glad I found this service

Professional, on time, informative, caring

My Doctor is always extremely helpful and truly cares about me and my health. I understand that a Telemedicine platform may not be appropriate for everyone, but this is perfect for my health needs, health maintenance, and prescriptions for my insane schedule. I am so grateful for this medical company and the quality of Providers they hire!!!

Well, I had a great appointment with the dr. She said she’d send in prescription, I never received notification from Walgreens, tried to inquire on the app, it was very cumbersome. Didn’t get any response from the ai customer service, said it would connect me with someone. The this evening I went to app and dr. Said she sent but I needed to call Walgreens. Called Walgreens, they don’t see that anything was sent, or had been attempted to be sent.

I really like Circle Medical, staff if friendly & helpful. I really love my doctor she follows through & doesn't leave you hanging. The app could use some improvements, it needs to be made easier to get in touch with staff faster. I was at doctors appointment & needed a question answered but they didn't get back to me for 45 minutes. Luckily it wasn't too urgent. I would & have recommended this to friends and family.

This experience was easy and simple. I am very happy with the results so far.

I have a provider who listens, and being whole-health minded, he ponders and recommends SUPPLEMENTS and where to get the best quality/value before jumping to pills. Also, that health is an entire system of functions, and ways to use the FOOD we eat to remedy/prevent a multitude of issues. Jarrod Roussel is the best, in my opinion! My appt with Dr. Quarles was the best appt I have had in a long time. Not only did he listen to my concerns he offered constructive feedback and a plan of action! I have been searching for a pcp and I have finally found one!! I love that I can have my appt via video instead of driving to an office and waiting, the flexibility of appt times works out great instead of the typical 8-5 office times. My only complaint is that I didn't find them sooner!! Circle Medical is changing health care for the better!

I love working with my provider. She actively listens to my needs and helps guide me to the best solution. She sees me as a complete patient and person rather than a basic rushed diagnosis. I feel heard, understood, and supported in my concerns. I have a very busy schedule as well and they’re able to accommodate my needs to find a time that works for me. When I became eligible for MedCal, I thought it’d have no bearing on my care as I still had my typical health care. They disagreed. As soon as they found out I was on MedCal, they cancelled all of my appointments And locked my account. I had been going here for nearly a year and a half. I had 6 days of my antidepressant left, and they wouldn’t even have my doctor prescribe another month before they dropped me. This lead to an extremely resistant depression from the withdrawals. I would recommend NO ONE here.
