Great service, and a good provider that actually takes the time to listen to you. The actual app messaging function sucks but the service with the providers is really good 9/10 would recommend

After three appointments with my pcp I scheduled a forth appointment. However, I never met with my pcp because they canceled the appointment. They didn’t contact me to tell me. There was no follow up. I was unable to book an in person appointment in my area and instead of meeting with me to explain next steps, the company just dropped me. This company is a money making scheme. It’s a pill mill. They don’t care about you or your mental health. They claim that they help facilitate mental health care, but this was not the case for me.

I was not given an appointment for this month because it said that my billing was behind. I am being double charged for every appointment it’s supposed to be $100 of appointment and I’m being charged $197 per appointment.

Impossible to receive responses. This is the second time in 3 appointments I’ve waited over 2 weeks to just have the promised prescription actually sent to pharmacy. They charge you immediately, but don’t seem concerned about providing services as agreed upon and paid for.

I specifically mentioned to Dr. Jones that I was going out of town and by law could pick up my prescription 3 days before and he made the “effective” date on the 18th. Now I will not be able to get my medication before it runs out. There was absolutely no need for him to do that. He should not have put in a date in the first place. The pharmacy knows when to fill it.

They canceled my appointment 2 hours before it was to start, & now suddenly have 'no providers in my area'. I'm new to the area, have been out of my meds for MONTHS now, & this was the appointment that was going to fix that. I'm thoroughly disgusted.

The healthcare providers and patient specialists here are wonderful. I love my PCP, Dr. Nicole Tsang, and other doctors/nurses/patient care staff I’ve directly interacted with. They are the only reason I’m giving 5 stars. HOWEVER, behind-the-scenes, this place is a disorganized mess. I never get any requested records on-time; there’s a major disconnect between tickets opened for me by patient service and whatever team is responsible for resolving the tickets; it takes weeks to months to get a problem resolved through the chat OR phone. I’ve had to play telephone so so so many times and spend way too many hours opening and reopening old threads to get documents, approvals, and records through. When I’ve had appointments, I feel like I’m cared for. But the entire patient experience outside of it is absolutely horrible and draining. It makes you feel like you are not valued at all as a patient: I.e. the energy, time, effort expended as a patient for something as simple as “can I get my immunization record?”. (It took me 3-4 WEEKS to get that, when it should have been hours).
