Great doctors, easy to schedule, and app is really easy to use. I've had only positive experiences with Circle since I started using it!

I came to circle medical a little over a year ago when I was seeking an adhd diagnosis. I was paired with a provider local to me and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Lauren is so compassionate and knowledgeable. She really takes time to listen to my concerns. In the times I've had to use the chat features, the other reps are always above and beyond. Recently, I had some other medical concerns but it was a lengthy time to get in with my local PCP. I mentioned it off hand and to my surprise it was something Lauren could do and help me manage. Virtually. It was a massive weight off my shoulders to get answers and to work with someone who really has taken the time to truly connect with me and is a real advocate for my overall health. I've never had to "plead" my case or fight to be understood. Circle Medical as a whole has made some great changes in the app and services are provided. I'm forever thankful to have found this service and how accessible they've made getting care.

Appointments are always on time. Anytime I have questions, the response time is great.

WOW Someone who heard me!!

My experience with the provider has been excellent! Not only has she genuinely listened to my concerns and and my questions but also offered support, encouragement and realistic recommendations.

I booked the appointment assuming it will be covered under my insurance. But I had to pay more that cash-consultation. The app had some connectivity issues, I was not able to communicate well with Dr. She understood my problem in a couple of words and consultation was over in 5 min. However, I got the help from the Doctor. I would not choose Circle Medical if I have other option available,

I would give it a "0" if it were an option. Since September 2023 I have been trying to get a sleep study report but its impossible. No healthcare company should be intangible. The form of communication is a disgrace via chat only! A sleep study was received and sent according to their directions, but according to them the data was "skewed" with no one being able to provide details. We requested for another one since October and I am still waiting and not able to connect with real providers! However, they sure charged for the services. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND FOLLOW-UP AT AN ACTUAL SLEEP STUDY FACILITY WITH REAL PROVIDERS!

It’s unfortunate that after almost a year with them they threw me away based on an insurance discrepancy.

Horrible customer service with the chat ONLY feature and ONLY use the app. Was overcharged for a prescription refill. PA also had a major attitude. Our healthcare system is so sad and perfect example of how not to practice medicine. They definitely run you around in a circle trying to get help and charge you double for their horrible service.

The Doctor was amazing, knowledgeable, she listened to me intently on my issues, and she honestly seemed like she genuinely cared about me which made me feel good inside. Although the Doctor was not able to help me. I have severe anxiety and my currently Doctor had gone on some unexpected vacation, and was unreachable so I was having panic attacks, and could not sleep. I had to wait for my psychiatrist to come back from her leave to prescribe me something to sleep.

Making an appointment was easy and the prescriber that helped me was knowledgeable

I felt listened to, appreciated and understood. It was an easy process and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for therapy but needs something affordable.

There was no follow through. I had to go with another provider.

Overall experience has been great! Making appointments and asking questions has been very easy and smooth. Pauline Good has been fantastic! She takes the time to listen and understand holistically. Always prompt and helpful! Thankful to have found her and circle.
