P57 Large bundle Excellent machine. Only 1 gripe is the handle to wind in the 12 metre hose could be better and made reversible for left or right handers. Very small problem for an otherwise perfect machine

Purchased the P70 after watching all the videos, thinking this was a qulaity product, barely lasted a year with little use, no response from customer services, now left with a £400 ornament!

I am pleased to report back that AVA honoured their warranty and sent out a replacement gun. So now taking the quality of the washer and the warranty service into account I have moved my rating to 4. This would be an easy 5 if they can improve the speed of their customer service. ================================== My AVA Easy P57 was a great pressure washer, right up until the point that it wasn't. The P3 gun has started leaking and this appears to be a common issue that has effected a lot of machines including those sent out to YouTube reviewers. Tried the problem solving on the webpage only to be directed to purchase a replacement part that is not compatible with this gun. Emailing re this issue has generated a support ticket but that has gone unacknowledged for 5 days. Finally found a contact phone number for Customer Support but was cut off after waiting for 20 minutes as others have experienced. It is pointless offering a great warranty if you cant back it up with any sort of customer service. Very disappointing.

My business involves using commercial pressure washers Aquila etc etc. The AVA range of small to midsize washers are superb and perform way better than the Karcher brand. We have the P80 and the wee hand held unit, I think it’s called the Go. The two units serve us well and provide ample power for all our needs. I ordered the new snow foam bottle attachment and it’s a great improvement on the standard version. The staff are great and they resolve issues quickly. I did think £12 a little steep for the delivery of one item that’s light and small but it did arrive well packaged and on time.

This is a pressure washer that outclassed and outperforms any of the other big name washers that I've had.

Shipping was very fast and earlier than expected. Website easy to use. Love that i have got a 20 year Warranty on my new pressure washer.. Great comms also.

Ordered an AVA Easy P57, gets thrown over my fence by DPD Courier. Then days later email from AVA saying it's been delivered. Thanks AVA for using a completely useless courier service who's damaged the pressure washer. Would of been nice to tell me when it's arriving! I check the pressure washer parts are not damaged from impact. Test the nozzle on the stubby gun, then stubby gun mechanism completely locks into position. Not sure how it's happened as I have no wrist strength. Use the AVA advice of running under warm water or using a vice. Neither works. This is before the pressure washer has been used it has an issue. So now the nozzles do not lock into place. Email AVA support multiple times for a replacement stubby gun. No response from AVA. Very unimpressed with the service. Very unimpressed with the product, it breaks before you use it. Overpriced products. Overhyped brand that's utterly useless. Wish I'd bought Nilfisk. Don't waste your money or time. You can do much better.

Damaged snow foam bottle when received and hideous customer service experience thereafter. Several emails/phone calls and two weeks lapsed, and still no replacement item. I gave up in the end as too stressful. Think twice about buying direct...

I was surprised how quick it was delivered considering it’s from Norway. We had to buy a connection as it didn’t fit our Uk hosepipe. Used for first time today and I am happy with my purchase. Is much better than my previous well known power washer.

Love the pressure washer - you can tell almost all aspects have been thought about and designed from scratch. Love the company ethos too. The purchase from their site was straightforward and very quick delivery too.

Very good service

Two weeks now and no response to my warranty requests, machine completely out of action after it cooked itself. Buyer beware; there’s no point of the big headline warranty if they never respond to support requests.
