Recently purchased a complete outfit. Finally got to use it over the weekend and am very impressed. Supply was very quick and well packaged all in all a very good impression so far

I would give 0 stars if possible this was a gift ordered for my husband I noticed that I had put the wrong postal code and once noticed I had contacted DPD only to be told I need to contact AVA directly I did this they then told me my parcel will be delivered to the amended address that was not the case it was not delivered correctly and then re attempted was not delivered to my address despite having the address updated I then had to chase Imran DPD worker for my parcel when opening the item was scratched and the condition the box was in was disgusting it looked like it was been opened and resealed as the foam cannon that came with it was damaged. I am also yet to have the premium foam kit delivered despite having paid for this and as compensation AVA sent out the car care kit only for 3 items missing from the box. I would say avoid at all cost unless you want second hand used damaged items and stick with Karcher don’t bother with AVA as the customer service is useless I am yet to hear back from a manager.

Quick delivery, accurately described product

I've had an AVA pressure washer for around 4 months, used it once last year then put it away in my garage next to the old Bosch pressure washer I've had for over 10 years. Took it out to use a couple of weeks ago and its suffered frost damage and cracked the pump head. Contacted Ava and had a response, I was told to strip and diagnose the fault myself which I did. Can't actually buy the spare parts I need though. Tried contacting Ava again twice this week to find out how to buy the parts and no response so I now over 2 weeks after the failure have a very expensive garage ornament. I've never done any frost protection on the Bosch in all the years I've owned it and it still works, if you want a fragile pressure washer with pathetic customer relations then go ahead and get an Ava.

Was going to be a one star foam bottle broken and missing part for lance .emailed Ava replaced parts arrived 2 days later great customer service now 5 stars

I bought this Go Pro 40 to replace my Mac Allister (£50) which is still working well. I expected the GO Pro at £150.00 to outpace the pressure of the Mac but no. The pressure was not as good as the Mac and was not fit for purpose, as it would not clean the terrace surface well at all. Tried to get it returned for a refund and after numerous e mails they would not refund. Awful complicated system for complaints and cannot find a telephone number to talk to somebody. If I do not get a refund soon I will take the matter up with their CEO and or the Ombudsman. Terrible customer service. What a shame, as I expected greater things from AVA who I thought had a great reputation.

Pressure washer (Easy P57) packed well. Pressure washer solidly built and powerful with loads of accessories which are also well made. Snow foamer gives great coverage. Hopefully gives years of use, 10 year warranty included which is a great benefit.

Not entirely happy that I was going to be billed for an item I never ordered. Not best management of personal data. Contact made with support who were helpful and cancelled order. The P70 Evolution was delivered within the week. Excellent packaging. I was sceptical about other reviews as it appears there were several paid promotions on you tube but it really is amazing. My patio used to take 3 to 4 hours to clean with my Karcher. Today I cleaned it and my mug of tea was still hot when I finished 35 mins later. Absolute quality machine.

Unfortunately my p55 bundle arrived with a broken snow foam flask, rendering it useless. Despite 3 emails over 5 business days I've still not had a reply let alone a replacement. No way of ringing them to actually speak with someone either. I dread to think what would happen if I needed to activate the 5/10 year warranty. Not good first impressions so far.

I’ve not used the pressure washer yet, so this is purely on the purchase experience. Wanted to buy in late 23 but no stock, only just available now in Mar 24. For a company that prides itself on limiting waste (20yr warranty etc) it doesn’t make sense that they don’t allow you to customise the bundles to any extend. I don’t want the basic foam cannon, but they would not allow me to substitute for the premium one and pay the difference, ens result is I’ll have a plastic foam cannon and bottle that I don’t need and will be effectively waste. Same with the 8m hose, which simply isn’t long enough, will get the 20m be and the 8m will be surplus to requirements. AVA, please sort this out.

I purchased one of there machines through a 3rd party seller unfortunately it arrived damaged however between the third party and ava of Norway they were fantastic at resolving my issue and I'm yet to open my new machine as arrived home late today but look forward to trying it tomorrow great service from ava and I thank you for the support you have shown me

Very efficient service and great products!!

Delivered within 2 days of order. Machine was built easily out of the box. Seems they now ship with the better foam cannon but with a smaller bottle… let’s hope they start to sell the set of 3 bottles separately soon. Very pleased.

A good company to deal with. Although the product was out of stock they kept me informed and emailed me when to order.

I ordered later in the day on a Thursday and my new pressure washer arrived mid Morning Friday, you can’t get better service than that. One of the best bits about the machine is the truly flexible pressure hose, much better than any other pressure washer I’ve had over the years.

All good apart from extortionate postage charges- £12 delivery , even if you only want to order a 90p spare part!
